The fully renovated kitchen features a modern design with a breakfast area, perfect for informal meals or morning coffee.
The villa has four large bedrooms and four bathrooms, two on each floor, connected by an internal lift.
Outside, you will discover a generous terrace, dining and relaxation areas, ideal for enjoying Marbella's mild climate.
The private garden is carefully maintained and includes several mature fruit trees that add charm and a natural touch. A sparkling swimming pool, the centrepiece of the garden, is perfect for cooling off in summer or relaxing with a drink. The ground floor also has a summer kitchen, perfect for your meals in the garden!
