The Space:

Pool Views, Gulf Views, and ultimate relaxation with endless activities for all of your guests to enjoy at Tarpon Run. The Villa-Style Gulf Pointe II Condos is on a peninsula surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico. This unit offers direct views of the pool and lush landscaping. From both of the wrap-around balconies, you could enjoy Breathtaking Sunset Views. Bringing your boat? This Condo Building has four units and is conveniently located right beside the dock. It is just a short walk to your boat! You can fish with the kids right from the dock outside of this Condo Building.



Whether fishing right from the dock or going out of your boat, you can use the convenient fish cleaning station on the dock to prep your catch of the day. Enjoy Pool views and Sunset Gulf views from your balcony while outdoor grilling (electric, no gas allowed) or relaxing on the rattan outdoor seating for 4. The designated covered parking area conveniently located below the condo building also has a Bait Freezer and Storage Container filled with floats, beach chairs, and more.



The cozy living room has a 50-inch Smart TV, ample seating, and sliding door access to the Balcony where you can enjoy relaxing views. The Kitchen is equipped with all stainless steel appliances and a peninsula with seating for 3 that is ideal for entertaining while preparing a home-cooked meal. Prepare drinks, and hors-d'oeuvres, while your guests enjoy the open space living area or sit on a stool by the kitchen. The conveniently located half bathroom is easily accessible for guests and provides the same warm, coastal feel you will enjoy throughout the condo. During your stay, you can utilize the conveniently stacked washer and dryer in the Laundry Area.



Water VIEWS from bed anyone? The Master Suite offers some gorgeous views of the Gulf even though it is not directly waterfront. The Master Balcony is ideal for enjoying beautiful sunset views. Enjoy sleeping on the King Size Bed in the Master Suite while watching some TV on a 42" inch screen after a long day out on the water. The Master Bathroom features a double-sink vanity, and a walk-in shower and tub combination while offering some extra privacy. The oversized Guest Bedroom has two Queen Beds offering extra bedding for your guests and a 32" TV for some downtime entertainment. The Full Guest Bathroom offers a walk-in shower and tub combination for extra convenience.



The private Gulf Pointe community offers one of the nicest properties and views in the Keys. New dockage, great fishing location, a beautiful pool, and well-kept grounds with few units offer great privacy.

**PLEASE NOTE: The boat slips are first come, first serve. The maximum length for boats at 30 feet and the maximum beam height of 12 feet. There are 59 linear feet from beginning to end of covered parking under the building for boat trailers and vehicles. If over 59' you will need to make arrangements for offsite parking prior to arrival. Please call the neighboring church at 305-407-0149 for details.**

If you love to fish, kayak, and watch sunsets this condo is for you! We caught snapper, Jacks, sharks, lobsters, and more right off of the pier! We biked to Long Keys! Would definitely come back again…..

Very Happy With Stay

My stay at the condo included 2 16 year old girls on their spring break. This was the very first time in a very long time on VRBO. We were happy with the condo. Location: Centrally located between all the keys. As mentioned in other reviews, not easiest to find initially, but once you figure it out you are good. All other condos seemed to be nice people / families. So with being a female w/ 2 teenage girls I felt safe. Grounds: Pool very nice. Dock nice (although we didn't fish) Inside: downstairs- Kitchen, LR, 1/2 bath - nice although 1/2 bath didn't have soap- ig nbd & i didn't mention it while i was there upstairs - yes, a little outdated- but clean and nice- bed in master was very hard- but I know for some that is OK. The girls didn't complain about the beds in the 2nd room. over all very happy with everything. thank you!

Directions to the property need to be a little more specific, enter through the church parking lot. Quiet, small neighborhood, not much room to take a morning walk unless you want to walk on highway 1. But small community means not many people around, and quiet! Views were great from the balconies! We liked having the 2 sides, when one was winding we went to the other side. Great size place, kitchen and main floor remodeled. Master bathroom stuck in the 80’s., but clean and well kept. Beds were nice and lots of extra linens. Loved the location in Marathon, close to everything!

We had a wonderful time this week in Marathon. Great location to everything we wanted to do in the Keys. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, beaches and attractions. Condo was clean and ready to go. Whole family caught lots of keeper Mangrove snapper right from the dock. We will definitely stay here again !

We absolutely loved this beautiful, well maintained condo. The boat dock directly in front of the unit was great for parking the boat and fishing. The pool located directly behind the unit was clean and refreshing after a day spent exploring the area. Check in and check out procedures were super easy. We will definitely consider staying at this location again on our next trip to the Florida Keys.

Do Not Bypass This One!!

Just book it...absolutely perfect!! This condo had everything we needed...comfy beds, nice kitchen and boat dock 50 steps away. We rented a boat and were able to dock right there - so convenient. The views from the balconies are top notch...it's impossible to not see water from any point. We had coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening while enjoying the gorgeous breezes. And those beautiful sunsets are remarkable. The condo is also within close proximity to some great restaurants like Island Fish and Burdines. Condo also located just over one hour from Key West...we took the seaplane to Dry Tortugas and it was such a memorable day. Property owner supplied beach towels, cooler, sand chairs and so much more which was great considering we flew down from Atlanta. This was our second condo rental in Keys and it far surpassed all our expectations!

Great Property

Quiet area with good fishing off the pier behind the condo. The pool is well kept and just a few steps from your door. Friendly renters and owners. Good location. The condo was spacious and clean. It has all the amenities for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. Walking distance to the Island Fish Co. Restaurant. Good food and drinks. Sunsets off your balcony are incredible.

Overall this property was great. We had a wonderful time. At check-in there was an issue which we were informed of, the problem didn’t get resolved to the next day. Not that big of a deal but if my husband wouldn’t have turned the kitchen sink water off the property owner would have had a much bigger issue. Great location had everything we needed, fishing off the dock in the evening was fabulous. Would definitely come back.

Our overall stay was fabulous. Communication was timely and kind. I will say, When I have rented in the past I have always been made to feel as if our stay and our trip were important to the owner, these guys are running a business and it definitely felt like that. We had a few issues while we were there (tv and exterminator person). The tv needed to be unplugged and reset (my child figured that out, PM told us there has never been a problem before and didn’t help with any type of fix). The exterminator just walked in without knocking. I wrote to the PM over email (I feel it’s a different person) and she apologized and said it won’t happen again. I know I was looking for a little more of a fix, and not just a ‘sorry for the violation’. With those two things set aside, the location and space are beautiful and perfect for a family that enjoys quiet time by the pool and sunsets on the deck.

Keys Spring Break 2021

We had a fantastic Spring Break getaway in the Keys. This property was perfect in location, space and amenities. We loved being mid keys. We made plenty of trips further south and a few north. There are many things to do nearby and plenty of great restaurants. The pool was a welcome treat and we enjoyed being on the water and walking out on the docks. Our neighbors were friendly directly next door and at the pool area. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the keys. Thank you!!!

Views to die for

Great location, quiet but close to everything, walking distance to several good restaurants. Unit had most everything you need, could have used a small cooler for two, larger cooler is available. Outside of units have recently been painted and are now blue instead of yellow, FYI. Also bikes would have been nice to have.
