We had a wonderful stay with our grown children. Very spacious and clean and the pool area was very relaxing. Ice machine was a nice bonus!

What an amazing time we had. The house was very beautiful, and well stocked. The pool was fabulous to have right in the backyard. We were located close to grocery stores, restaurants and beaches. We will be back!

Amazing Stay – Perfect Keys Getaway!We had an absolutely wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Michelle, our property manager, was fantastic — responsive, helpful, and genuinely kind from start to finish. She made everything easy and stress-free.The property itself was beautiful, clean, and perfectly set up for a relaxing Keys vacation. We spent our days fishing, enjoying the beach, and exploring all the great food spots around town. One of our favorite nights was at the Brass Monkey, where we had so much fun getting to know some locals — such a great Keys vibe.We also took a day trip to Key West, which was an absolute highlight, and loved coming back to such a comfortable place to unwind at the end of the day.This home truly helped create amazing memories for our family. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend both the property and Michelle to anyone looking for a perfect Florida Keys getaway!

Very comfortable property with a pool and dock

Stayed here for lobstering and spearfishing with family and friends. It was very comfortable and clean. The host was amazing and communicated very well!

Perfection in Paradise

We were blown away by how beautiful this property was! The pool was secluded for privacy and included everything you could want or need with a drink fridge, icemaker, cooler, grill, TV and tons of lounge chairs and seating. What a wonderful place to relax and unplug so close to beautiful Sombrero Beach!

Lovely 2 weeks in Marathon, FL

We enjoyed our 2 weeks at this property and would come back. The house was well furnished, in a good location, had a nice pool with canal views, and Michelle was very responsive with any questions we had.

Perfect Getaway!

Couldn’t have asked for anything more. House was beautiful and absolutely pristine upon arrival. Had everything we were looking for and the property manager was very attentive. Already looking to rebook!

Relaxing and enjoyable

The house had plenty of room, plenty of towels, the ice machine was a very helpful addition. The patio and pool were nice with plenty of chairs and the shade umbrella was priceless in this heat.

Great for fishing and families

This home was clean and spacious. It had everything provided that we needed including extra items most homes do not provide. It has a bait freezer outside and an ice machine which is a huge plus when fishing. The pool has a nice umbrella to help with shade when coming in out of the hot sun/water and relaxing in the pool. The bicycles and kayaks are nice addition. Michelle was quick to respond for any additional concerns. We had a great family vacation!!

The house was awesome!

The house is beautiful and well stocked. The pool area was definitely a plus. The boat ramp is close by and easily accessible. It was an easy ride to the house from the boat ramp was easy. Communication with Michelle was great.

Beach Vibe

Clean, comfortable home. Great middle of the Keys location to explore north and south locations. Fun to have bikes and kayaks available. Grocery stores and restaurants close by. Remember to bring your own shampoo, conditioner and bath soap.

The PERFECT Spot

The house was clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable and we felt right at home. The care put into maintaining this property can be seen as soon as you step foot in the property itself before ever walking thru the door. Kids enjoyed the pool and we loved having the dock, ice machine, and bait freezer. The channel was easy to navigate with our boat and we thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Michelle was awesome to communicate with and gave fantastic recommendations. We plan to come back again next year for another week! It was truly a vacation to remember and was perfect for our family/friends to enjoy one another.

Sunny Daze Indeed!

Gorgeous house! Plenty of room for all 7 of us. The private pool was just perfect. The pool area had a seating and table area and this is where we enjoyed most of our meals. Fishing right off the dock! Manatees hung out by the dock for most of our stay. We used the bikes to ride to Sombrero Beach. Well equipped kitchen. Very private pool area thanks to the bamboo fence and beautiful palms and greenery. Would definitely recommend this home and the very responsive host, who checked and made sure everything was tip top!

Holiday Getaway

A holiday getaway full of fun, sun and relaxing. The location was close to all of our activities and we were happy to have Publix and Winn Dixie within walking distance. The private pool area was our favorite space to hang out, play games grill and watch sporting events.The kitchen had a few dirty and rusty utensils and could’ve offered more cups for the pool and basic needs.Michelle, the manager, was friendly and an excellent communicator and took care of any immediate needs in a timely manner and was very helpful.

Retirement Trip

This was a long awaited trip and the property did not disappoint. We did not find ourselves in need of anything. The home itself is FULLY stocked, clean and extremely comfortable. The outdoor area is beautifully landscaped and provides plenty of privacy. We spent afternoons swimming and sunning, then hopped onto bicycles for some easy riding. We highly recommend you book your next trip to Sunny Daze!
