The lady at the front desk was rude and not helpful at all, said I couldnt continue booking the room without a credit card, which wasn't mentioned anywhere during booking, than when I asked if I was just losing my $150 I paid for the room she said yes instead of directing me on who to speak to. 0/5 would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone, this has been the worst experience I have ever had booking a room.

This is an older property, and there were not a lot of options close to the hospital. The facilities are basic and a bit tired. My room was on the ground level so it was dark. They have a continental breakfast available in the morning. Other dining options within walking distance are limited to a diner across the street. Other options are a 15 min drive east or west. Staff are polite.

Really needs to be renovated, staff is never at their desk, quite noisy all the time, heating seriously needs an upgrade, don't need air conditioning since the breeze that comes from the CLOSED window is enough to keep you shivering all night

Was staying for 5 nights for work. Breakfast was included but didn’t start until 6:30. I went down to have breakfast at about 20 after six and even though the food was already out they gave me a hard time because it didn’t start until 630. I think that’s really poor customer service. Also in the mornings, when I got up, there was no hot water lukewarm at the very best. I will not stay here ever again.

We stay here often because it's convenient to family. It's very clean but quite basic. There's no microwave in the room & no bedside clock. There is a breakfast room & the food selection is adequate but I don't like disposable dishes & cutlery. Although it is right on Lougheed highway and we were on the ground floor there was no outside noise to be heard.

Nice property. Property needs some minor attention. Motel itself is well maintained except some minor issues (toilet needs to be tightened to floor ). Continental breakfast was good, this time. Staff are friendly. Would stay there again.
