Wish the rooms were better sound proofed.... heard many people thumping above us during the night.

The staff could have been much friendlier. They made us feel as if we were an annoyance, although we were just looking for quick travel info!

This was a very poor hotel experience. It started off bad and did not get better. On day one, a few hours after check in, my wife received a call from the woman at the front desk due to a noise complaint. Her tone, as my wife described it, was caustic and rude. Apparently, the clerk didn't understand that babies cry when awaiting a feeding. Why were we not put near the other families?! We usually are. The next day, as I approached the desk for advice on restaurants in the area, I happened to overhear the manager (whose back was facing my direction) talking about me. Apparently he thought the rate I got from Orbitz/Expedia was too low. Does he not set the rates? Isn't there a better place to gossip or discuss workplace policy than in the lobby? In earshot of any customer walking through? It was extremely unprofessional. Later, I needed a toiletry item, so of course I walked to the desk to obtain it. I was met by that same manager. To my disbelief, he at first refused to serve me. He said, "The cleaning people should give that to you. Didn't they come?" I wanted to tell him that he knows their schedule better than me, but I held my tongue. Finally, after him staring at me for a few seconds, he went to retrieve the item. I did not understand his erratic behaviour. The cleaning ladies at the hotel were efficient and friendly, and the breakfast crew fantastic, but I'm afraid that the front desk is turning this establishment from a Best Western Plus to a Best Western Minus

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is pretty mediocre. Kind of weird chemical cleaning supply smell around which I'm not super fond of. The breakfast is pretty basic. It's definitely not the W or 4 Seasons but if you just want an ok place to stay the night, it's not bad.

The hotel is good value for an airport stopover or quiet family vacation.the pool is nice for families and the zoo is just down the street.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel quite a lot. It was really nice. There was definitely a luxurious sense to this hotel and to the room. We would recommend it.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. I walked into my room and it was beautiful.. I was wishing I stayed longer.

A nice, clean hotel and room which offered good value for the price. Friendly reception. We couldn't get into our first room as the room card key wouldn't work. Our second room was upgraded with a kitchen but the room was beside an outside air conditioner system which was was very noisy. The third room offered was on the quiet backside of the building and proved to be very satisfactory. We wonder why hotel folks don't initially offer their best rooms available of the room type which one has booked. Good restaurants and a large grocery store are across the street from the hotel. Excellent breakfast including fresh blueberries from the Fraser Valley.

Road noise was so bad that we could not sleep. It sounded like the trucks were coming into our room. We will not stay there again. Otherwise the hotel was acceptable.

On behalf of our entire team, I would like to apologize for not exceeding your expectations. Regarding your comments, after check in our staff had received from multiple guest noise complaints regarding your room. We were unaware what was causing the noise and had followed up by calling your room. Upon making the call, you told us it was your baby crying. We totally understood and passed that information onto those who complained. I am unsure the reality of your comments about either myself or another manager regarding OTA room rates, as neither of us recall an interaction of the sort you are referring to. We do recall being asked for toilet paper and then immediately grabbing it from the housekeeping room for you. Your satisfaction is important to us and we will be using the feedback you have given us to implement improvements to ensure we offer a better experience for guests in the future. I hope that you will consider staying with us again so that we can have another chance to provide you with a superior experience.
