There was worms on the floor. Hotel management didn't arrange the other room until 1pm. Refused to refund me the next night. I had my kid with me, I wasn't feeling safe to stay in their rooms.

The room was nice, however the shower head did not function well. The water barely came out and there was an issue with the lower knob. When lifting the knob to switch from faucet to shower, it popped out. It was broken. I also couldn't find a way to control the AC.
