Wonderful hotel. Great central location and clean comfortable rooms. Hotel was close to many amenities that were easy to access. Restaurant was very good with great selection. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.
We enjoyed our stay. We had a kitchenette which we didn't use but was a nice feature if we had been there longer. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast room was nice and clean and the breakfast provided was great. We would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff was friendly and efficient.
I enjoyed my stay here and had a very relaxing time. I didn't get to experience the pool even though I wanted to. I was doing some post holiday travelling while things were slow and wanted to see some local sights. The staff was pleasant. I encountered a couple of them directly and they always were accommodating. I feel that speaks a lot to a hotel on how they treat each-other and it looked like they all cared for the guests and themselves. The young girl in the evening on Friday went out of her way to answer some of my questions, though I'm sure any of them would be able to help. My room was enough space, I didn't feel claustrophobic like I do in some places.
I've made this reservation for my wife and 2-year-old son using my visa credit card via booking.com for 18-20 Jan 2018, and I did not join them in the trip. At around 8:30pm on 18 Jan, my wife and son arrived at the hotel and were declined check-in by the receptionist who claimed that the card holder (myself) is not checking-in and hence card is not valid! The credit card is valid, my son's passport shows my name as father, my wife also showed our marriage certificate carrying my name, moreover, I've called the receptionist, who adamantly refused to talk to me over the phone so I had to have my wife put phone on speaker so she can listen. I asked her to call the Visa card issuer if she's in doubt, CIBC, to confirm my identity; she still refused! She was extremely mean and rude to the extent that she kicked my wife and 2-year-old son out of the hotel despite they carry a valid booking and a valid credit card! She didn't even care for a crying 2-year old boy near midnight trying to have a good night sleep after a long intercontinental flight! This prejudice and racism carried by this individual is a shame stigmatizing the whole brand and this particular hotel; such personnel shall be held accountable for these unjustifiable hassles that a young guest with a baby has to suffer because of her irresponsible and immature behavior, actions, and personality! We demand the Best Western Hotels Higher Management as well as this particular hotel manager to take all the required disciplinary actions against this disrespectful employee of theirs and such behavior of prejudice and racism shall not be in any circumstances permitted!
Very accommodating with last minute booking and staff where very welcoming and friendly. The exterior and interior where very clean and well maintained. I would recommend this to anyone with a low budget who wants to have a great experience.
With the ice storm we were with out power for days so with are previous experiences at Best Westerns we went to the closest one and the stay was fantastic. the breakfast was so good . the staff were so kind toward the that we were there due to no power.
Everything was excellent except the quality of the bed . The pool area was clean and well kept the public bathroom was very clean. The breakfast was good quality and kept clean and full. My only complaint was the quality of the bed .
We arrived late but were warmly greeted by the night auditor and pleasantly surprised by the well appointed and comfortable room. Since we got in at 3 am due to some long delays on flights, slept through breakfast but the front desk accommodated us with bottled water and a snack for the road. I’ll be back.
Comfortable beds. Excellent helpful staff. Central location. Clean. Nice complimentary breakfast bar. I always stay here when I am at the coast. I have been staying here for 6 years and have never had a problem.
Clean,close to Amenities one negative thing I would have to say is the entrance and exit into the parking lot due to the barriers on the roads you can’t make left-hand turns into the Property. Just took a little bit of driving around figure out how to get in and out .
