Good place to stay

Liked nice setting. Didn’t like overall upkeep of property and room. Didn’t like low toilet seat.

Had everything in the room you would need: Refrigerator, microwave, ironing board with iron, hair dryer.

Front desk staff were terrific. At check-in the receptionist was friendly, efficient, and helpful, not only suggesting a restaurant that matched my request but calling to verify that they had outdoor dining. Property itself is not unclean but rundown. Not good value for the money.

We were not happy with the condition of the room.

Hotel was old and dirty, our room had a water leak in the bathroom, not sure I was not sewer leak. Carpet was torn, and dirty. Checked for bed bugs, it was that nasty. Found out the mattress was filthy, then started wondering do they rent rooms by the hour? Room smelled like mildew. The picture of the hotel has to be 30 years old. Management did not offer to do anything for us, because we booked through Orbits. Will I use them again? It remains to be seen.

It was an absolutely terrible experience , we had charter fished all day. We arrived and checked in around 630 pm , walked up stairs to our room and rat droppings everywhere before we even opened the door !!! When we entered the room it hadn’t been cleaned what so ever and I mean had been that way for months! Dirty dishes in oven , oven was absolutely atrociously disgusting! Dust covered everything, vents hadn’t been cleaned , filters were black !!! All we wanted was a shower and to go eat before all the restaurants closed early and the shower didn’t even work ! They offered a smaller room which in which the room we reserved was an efficiency suite because we had 3 of us staying in which they wouldn’t take off anything from any of the cost to compensate us for a tiny room. So they insisted on maintenance trying to fix our suite , so we asked being we were in the little room waiting could we at least use the shower so we could go get food before the Resturants closed because of the Covid virus , we were instructed by management that we would be charged an extra room if we did ???!!!!! So if you read this , it was absolutely horrific!!! And wouldn’t discount us on room rate or anything!!!!

Very nice property with a variety of choices for rooms. Had to bring a pet at the last minute, and though the “pet rooms” were all occupied they still accommodated us for a small fee, of course.

The sheets were dirty; had hair on them. Not quite sure they were cleaned from the previous occupants.

Staff was excellent and professional. There was no toilet paper in our room, and the shower handle was broken, so you could turn the shower on, but you could not adjust the temperature. We arrived late in the evening, and by the time we noticed these things, the front desk was closed. There was also wrappers and trash behind the night stand. It was not a very pleasant stay. I would not stay here again.

Very good place to stay. They have a big pool inside the property with clean showers. Customer service is great we stayed here for 4 days its was totally worth it.

Staff was very nice and the rooms were clean. A little outdated, but clean nonetheless. Would stay there again.

the front desk people were not very helpful and hotel in a total make up. expect the rooms are still ok. the swimming pool and gym is open to people from outside.

I am sorry if you were not happy with your room. We have recently done a lot of work to all of our rooms, and you do not say which room you were in or what you were unhappy with. These would help us to know if we overlooked something in our renovations.

I am sorry if you were not happy with your room. This particular room is a favorite with many of our guests. I can assure you that the pictures of our property were taken last year. If there was a problem with your room, you should have let us know right after you checked in. We would have been happy to resolve any problems or move you to another room you found more suitable.

Mr H., You reserved an efficiency with 2 queen beds, a sleep sofa and a small kitchen. The manager gave you a free upgrade to an apartment with a separate bedroom with two queen beds, two sleep sofa's, a living room and a full kitchen and dining area. You called at 7:45pm to say the shower was not working. I offered to call maintenance or move you to a different room. You became upset because you wanted me to reduce the rate on the "smaller" room, which was the same size as what you had originally reserved. You wanted me to allow you to use one room for showers and sleep in the "dirty" room, effectively getting the use of two rooms for the price of one, and preventing me from renting it to someone else in need of a place to sleep on a busy holiday weekend. After offering several time to call maintenance, and being yelled at each time, you finally agreed. He was here in five minutes and had the problem fixed in ten. As to the other issues you mentioned, the stairs and hallway had been swept the same day, with no sign of "rat droppings". The apartment had been deep cleaned about six weeks ago, repairs made and repainted. The carpet was shampooed and the filter replaced. There was one CLEAN pan in the oven, no dirty dishes. There was a small residue in the very bottom of the oven and that will be taken care of. The room was dusted the same day you arrived. I am sorry you were not happy here, but I feel we did everything we could to accomodate you.
