Lovely 3 Bedroom Ocean View Condo in the heart of Manta <br><br>

Have a great night sleep to the sound of the ocean. Breathtaking view of the beach. Located in the middle of restaurants and the nightlife. Steps away from the biggest mall in the city with plenty to see.

The apartment is located in the building El Dorado II located at Calle M2 between 25 and 26 avenue. Enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place plus access to the beach and pool a few steps away.

The private beach will lead you to Murciélago Beach within minutes. It’s in a walking distance.

Due to a next door construction, the temporary hours for the pool are from the following:
Friday - Sunday 9am-8pm

***Presently, the pool is open daily with the exception of thursdays. It is subject to chage due to the construction***

The apartment is located in a residential building and we need to keep the noise level reasonable and in a timely manner. Unfortunately pets are not allowed.

Sandy we loved your place. We are looking forward to doing it again next year. I took my grandfather of 104 years old and my wife. My grandfather was so happy to be in his country and to be at your condo. My wife also enjoyed your place. The host was an awesome person. We loved the pool, beach and the view.

Very enjoyable

this unit is central, walking distance to mall and the main strip. Security desk staff and Roberto were great. This unit must have been recently remodeled and was very comfortable. Great communication with the host. I recommend it!
