No complaints about staff but the room smelled horrible. Very musty, to the point that it smelled like cat urine. We were so tired, we didn’t care. We only stayed for about 5 hours as a pit stop, so we “put up with it”….but that should not be acceptable.

The room we were staying in should have been out of commission. There were holes in the walls, the ceiling was falling down in the entryway of the room, and the bathroom door was splitting apart. The staff was amazing though. But I will not stay here again.

Rooms were good for the price. Staff was nice. Unexpected $100 deposit upon checking in, but was refunded the day after check out. Trash was piled up near the elevators on multiple floors from other guests for both days we were there, so not sure how often clean up is.
