Very disappointed for the cost

Reserved a two bedroom suite for a family stay. Neither bedroom has functioning heat on our first night in 20 degree weather. The bedroom light switch turned off the wall lights and outlets beside the bed which included the alarm clock and usb outlets to charge phones. If you leave the wall switch on, the other wall light in the room stayed on. Very inconvenient We requested a room change which was accommodated but the door on the room given to us would not latch or lock. They did not have another room available to us. We ended up shortening our trip. They did offer to refund our second night without issue. Service was good and breakfast was not bad either.

I will not stay here again. I requested rooms next to each since our son was staying in a separate room and when I called they confirmed they would assign the rooms. When we checked in they could only assign us room 6 rooms away down the hall. Also our room was not cleaned by house keeping for the 3 days we stayed. I called the front desk and nothing was done to resolve. Terrible service.
