Someone else’s hair clump of hair was inside the pillow case, stain on the bed, mold in the bathroom, A/C worked half the time, phone didn’t work because there was no power cord, front desk pounded on the door at 7am thinking we checked out, then housekeeping tried entering the room at 9am. Check out was 11.
