Love the lobby with inviting fire place with hot coffee all day
It's a place to stay. Nothing fancy. Breakfast was ok. Eggs were odd.
It needs updated and not very clean! Staff wasn’t that friendly. Ice machine on my floor didn’t work.
Very nice and convenient. Walls a little thin so noisy.
Towels so scratchy, they were painful. Hair and trash in the bathroom on arrival. AC left room full of moisture, linens felt wet. Staff very friendly.
Hotel stay was very relaxing after many hours of driving. The fresh pancake machine at the breakfast bar was an unexpected surprise!
We took a long road trip from Denver to Albany. This was a nice hotel and comfortable however it was the most expensive 3 star that we stayed in on the entire trip
Clean and tidy rooms. Unusual at this price- a bed that doesn't feel like a park bench! Friendly and courteous staff. The free breakfast was average, but it did save us some time. This hotel was the best value, highest rated near the Summit race park in Norwalk, though the drive is a bit too long.
The rooms where clean and the pool area was great! The eggs for breakfast where not good at all. They had a ok choice for breakfast for kids for adults you had to eat a lot to get full.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was large and perfectly clean. The only negative were the noisy kids that were running up & down the hall - but bad parnting does not reflect poorly on the hotel. This is the best hotel in the Ashland area and is close to the Uniersity.
great service and nice rooms!
We were in Ashland to visit our family. Several days before, I had injured my back, and while touring local sites, it really began giving me pain.In the early afternoon, my husband returned me to the hotel, but our room was not yet made up. The house keeper, I think her name was [...], said she'd get to it right away so that I could lie down.I went in the lobby to wait, and within 10 minutes a staff member found me to tell me the room was ready. And...it was perfect. It was kind of them to rush around so much for me and my comfort.
It was located in a perfect spot for the softball tournament we attended. Close to everything in town. The people at the hotel couldn't have been nicer.
I always stay here on business. The best bet in Ashland. It has all I need- quiet, clean, convenient. I needed a document faxed when I checked in at 9PM. The desk clerk could not have been more accomodating.
