the room and bathroom neglected. Shower curtain doesn't fit the shower rod so floor gets wet and caulking looks like mould around tub and floor!! The room the bed is way to soft and woke up stiff and sore. old stains on furniture and curtains laying sloppy on the rod POOL area old plastic chairs that look dirty!!

Found a living cockroach in our bathroom. Was given the opportunity to change rooms in the same building. We declined to stay and when speaking with the general manager( kapil), not once did he apologize for the situation. Will definitely not be back and will definitely share our experience there
