Everything was smooth from start to finish. The booking process to the handing of keys back. The property was exactly as advertised, clean, fresh and well equipped. We had everything we needed. Beautiful balcony and outside area. We would have liked more comfortable seating outside. It was an apartment for 6 but only had 2 comfortable chairs

Location and balcony were our favourite things about the apartment. The ability to open and close the glass panels was great. Some of the masonry work and paintwork on the surrounding block could do with a refresh. Lots of flaking which takes away from the beauty of the location. Garage doors for car park can be a bit temperamental and sometimes takes a while to open. Although all minor stuff.

The apartment is exactly like described, no hidden caveats or surprises. Good location and facilities for family with the kids. The dedicated udnerground parking was very useful. We enjoyed the pools and the proximity to the beach. The apartment complex isn't new, but it is well managed and it feelt really good staying there for a week. If I visit this area next time, I'd gladly reach out to duquesa.net and stay at Marina Duquesa complex. Really just small things: * Consider renewing pans in the kitchen - some are badly scratched. * Dishwasher: While I'm fine with buying tablets if I run out the ones provided, it would be usefuly to provide diswasher rinse and salt. * For a group of 5 ocupants, 2 pairs of keys by default would be useful. We recieved just one key in the night safe and needed to visit the office to get the second one. * Beach umbralla would be appreciated for guests who travel by plane. See? If these small things are suggestions for improvement, the overall feeling was amazing :-)

Lovely modern well equipped apartment. Only five minutes walk from the marina with all of its many bars and restaurants. It was unusually hot for June while we were there yet we never had to use the Aircon. Walk out of the complex onto the promenade and you have an ice-cream parlour next to the entrance.
