The room was clean but had NO luxury features. It seemed like it was just a bare-bones hotel room. No bottled water and the water station was empty. No toiletries except dental kits. Only 2 pillows on the bed. The hand soap dispenser was broken and rusty so it must have been broken for a long time

Some amenities are not prepared unless you asked on the reception. We reserved the room for three yet there was no extra bed, slippers, nor condiments. They also put one pillow and won't give extra until you asked for it.

Stay was very good as usual, great location and excellent staff service. Check-in staff was very good in providing solution to my concern of not being given two beds and the staff in the restaurant were also very good in making our breakfast experience enjoyable [shout-out to Lenard, Queen, Tine, Angelica, Hoery]. However, I'm very disappointed with the housekeeping as they never cleaned the room properly.

The food supply is limited. It was a busy Sunday morning and the food trays were not replenished right away. Had to ask when will they fill up trays and some items were gone fast. Not recommended to purchase breakfast as option. There’s lots of restaurants nearby. The staffs are aplogetic. Might have not expected the number of guests that’s why.

It was really a staycation for our dad away from the threat of the super typhoon. We stayed in a suite room and it was just right. The staff in the hotel are accommodating and courteous, finding ways to meet our needs. He uses a wheel chair and the entryways, hallways are indeed proven for accessibility. He is usually picky about where he stays but he was quite happy. Just a note for improvement, the toilet and shower facilities do have handle bars for safety however, it would have been complete if there is provision of a shower bench or stool.
