Staff is outstanding!! - friendly, courteous, helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Food is good, but better options nearby (we usually get breakfast at Congo Grill across from McDonalds, right across the street). Price is reasonable. The only thing is the wifi is horrendously slow (as are most places that claim to offer free wifi) , to include in the lobby, and the 2 guest computers. Definitely recommend to others, and we'll ll stay here again.
Booked this Hotel through Booking.com , checked on flights with no flights available on the dates I wanted , so I went to cancel booking 12 HOURS after I had originally booked , for the Hotel to draw £456.43 from my Account for a cancellation , can't comment on the actual Hotel its self , but if they treat Customers like this when they had 11 Months to get the room rebooked I can't imagine that Customer service would be great!!!
I have stayed in this hotel twice when visiting Manila and would recommend it for anyone it's nice and central to robinsons mall and endless bars and restaurants All the staff are so accommodating and helpful and are always there to look after you
Once we stayed at this hotel during our Manila trip. The room was small but for us it was comfortable. It was clean and hygienic and this is what I actually prefer for my stays. But the WI-FI wasn't good and we had some issue with service too.
My wife and I paid another visit for our anniversary, the manager and his staff pulled out all of the stops for us they secretly decorated our room for our special occasion, flowers and wine etc. The staff are so friendly and professional it is always such a lovely hotel to stay. The shopping is great and the lovely Robinson shopping mall is only 2 minutes walk. What a great place to stay as the airport is not far either.
Stayed for one night as leaving early for the airport. The hotel is tired and needs updating. The bed is hard and the traffic noise meant that we didn't get much sleep. The air conditioning was very old and made lots of noise. We paid in full the night before so we could get away at 5am to catch our plane. However, the receptionist wanted us to wait whilst our room was checked. As there is no room bar what were they checking?? We couldn't wait as our taxi had arrived and reluctantly she let us go. What was that all about??
I always booked at this hotel every time i arrive or depart from vacation (depends in availability of rooms). Very close to malls, manila bay and other establishments. In my experience staff are friendly and accommodating. So far no issues for me.
Due to delayed flights and missing a connecting flight in Manila the airline put us in this hotel for the night. The rooms are old and there is an exposed power point in the bathroom. The hotel is opposite a shopping mall but our room was above a karaoke bar which we could hear all night. I would recommend you avoid this hotel and opt for something located at the airport.
Were visited manila last march 2017 with my parents and stay in dis hotel actually we are returning guest. So dis was happen Im just asking for assistance at front desk and they answered me in a sarcastic way? Is that appropriate? I am an f and b manager and i am writing dis to improve the behaviour of your staff. Thats all. God bless. See u again
It was the time when we had a 14 hrs delayed flight and the airline company took us to the hotel to stay while waiting for our flight. The hotel was very busy but the staff was very accomodating and served us lunch as quickly as they could as it was already past 2 pm that time. The room was small for shared occupancy but its good for transient stay. The hotel looks old and i suggest need for repainting or redecoration. The hotel is nearby the mall And other establishment, and its good if you are on business trip.
