It was a pleasant stay at Novotel. The room was clean, and the bathroom and toilet were fine. However, you need to be a bit careful when showering, as the water drains slowly and the floor outside the bathroom can get quite wet. Aside from that, everything was good. Breakfast was good, with the menu changing everyday. My children really enjoyed the swimming pool. . The staff were friendly, nice, and very helpful.

Excellent hotel quality with excellent service. Location congested so adds time to taxi trips. Lower demographic surrounds but not a problem But could not fault the hotel on anything. Meals at the restaurant were top quality.

The hotel is ok but could use some upkeep. The TV channels were not all coming in and the AC was either too cold or had to be tuned off. The staff was friendly but often forgot to bring in fresh towels or tissues. The restaurant is underwhelming. They have security on the ground floor which is nice and safe though.

Upscale hotel with modern rooms. I had a one-bedroom suite overlooking the river, a nice view compared to most hotels around Makati. Room was spacious and well appointed, being a good value for the size. Front-desk, housekeeping, room service and dining staff were all friendly and efficient. Breakfast buffet was good, but not spectacular. Free parking was nice. Biggest problem is that there is nothing immediately around the hotel. If you need to buy anything or just go for a stroll, the hotel is isolated from everything. It is harder to get a Grab/taxi and they sometimes get lost finding the hotel. In the room hot water was a problem. Even when it did get hot, the water took minutes to warm up, wasting so many gallons. And probably just a one-off problem, my first room had water seeping up from the floor. Looks like the building has weather sealing issues, given the amount of putty around the windows.

Well Done Novotel with some things to improve on!

The rooms are modern and well maintained. Loved the wonderful cleaning staff, friendly and helpful concierge on the ground level and welcoming front desk. They do not give you adequate supplies for cooking basic things. There are no paper towels, knives for cutting and they only give you one frying pan and a rice cooker. The pool is being serviced so you must go to a neighboring building which isn't the most convenient but it's better than nothing. The gym is very clean and has the basics but gets the job done. Overall wonderful stay. Upgrade to the superior room for more space and comfort. I booked 3 rooms and the other two were standard size and felt small. Nice view of the bay.

One of the best parts is the location—everything you need is just a short walk away. Whether it's convenience stores, cafes, or local eateries, it's all nearby and super accessible.
