Location is excellent

Very accessible to all establishments especially Ali Mall and SM. Very close to Araneta Coliseum if you’re attending an event or concert. The front desk staffs are very accommodating and friendly. The hotel should improve their interior. Furnitures are quite old.

Unpleasant stay

Took to long to check in, they could not find my reservation, even when i showed them my Confirmation Number and the proof of payment for a 1 night stay with 3 rooms, although the front dest staff was very nice and polite, rooms needs to be upgraded, terrible bath tubs and toilet to close to the wall, no towels in the rooms, had to call for towels, air conditions in bad shape, needs better cleaning, towels were old, beds seem dirty, staff was great though

Linens has dirt stains and hair, asked for new linen, desk said there is a charge. Sofa very old, dirty looking, found insects. Cockroach crawling in the kitchen sink. Worst hotel ever.
