Well furnished and very clean. It's five minutes walk from the mall of Asia. We didn't use the washing machine because there's a 24hour laundry 50 yards up the road. Susanna perpito looked after us well. Would recommend this condo.

We had a great stay

Room was spacious enough for family of 4 (2 kids, 2 adults). Kitchen and bathroom are clean and well-stocked. Bedroom had access to balcony facing Mall of Asia which was perfect for a relaxing hangout especially at night or just when you want a calm coffee in the morning. Cabinets was a bit cluttered with extra mattress and linens. Good thing there’s a clothing rack. Condo had huge pools and water splash area for kids. Parking was a bit pricy but that is Property Management regulated. Overall staying here gives good value for money, not as expensive as hotels but good enough for a quick getaway.

Nice quick getaway by the bay

Host was easy to communicate with and was responsive to all inquiries. Nice and clean unit. Good for a small family like ours. Spacious living room with extra space for lounging because of the sofa bed. Dining area and kitchen was just right for a small space - not crowded but not too big as well. Bathroom could be bigger but that's the building's design. Unit was well-maintained and the view of the Mall of Asia was amazing throughout the day with the bay view at the background. We were not able to open our Netflix account work on the TV. Property amenities were okay, kids enjoyed the pool but the gym was only for owners' use. Parking which was operated by building management was pricey to be honest but there are alternative parking areas around that are less expensive but you just have to walk across 2 blocks. Overall, nice accommodation for a quick bayside getaway.
