Great location. Staff are attentive and friendly. However, bathroom needs improvement as the tiles has an accumulated molds on the grout area, the couch needs replacement as the middle part starts to sink in.

It was nothing like it was described and nothing like the pictures. The place was very small. It describes cooking facilities but it all it had was i microwave. The balcony is tiny and boarded up so is of no use. The pictures of the room i booked made it look massive with a dining table and fridge freezer, it had none of these. I checked out straight away and found somewhere else to stay. They refused to refund me.and expedia were of no use either.

They had very professional and friendly customer service! It was very clean and very accommodating! You get free bottles of water, free shampoo with conditioner, free soap, free toothbrushes with toothpaste, free coffee, free rolls of toilet paper, free Wi-Fi, free TV to watch, and lots of towels! The water in the shower is very nice and very warm! The TV is very nice too! The beds as well as the sheets are very clean and big! They even let us have a birthday party in our room!! It is also very close to lots of shopping areas and a great church! The only negative things are that the beds need more cushion, there's no cooking area or cooking allowed, and there is no swimming pool!

While we didn’t walk around the area (outside of Makati business district) transportation to desired shopping areas and airport were quick (we used Grab). Front desk and all employees were kind, informative, and hospitable. The room was spacious (family deluxe) with cleaning offered each day. Amenities such as laundry service (drop off in the morning; pick-up in the afternoon) and snacks at front desk for purchase were very reasonable and convenient. Two free waters per day was a helpful plus. Overall, the price met our family standards for a clean, comfortable, and spacious accommodation.
