HÎtel décevant !

SĂ©jour dĂ©cevant .Accueil lent et peu convivial, personnel pas disponible, dilettante . Difficile d'obtenir un renseignement car jamais personne Ă  la rĂ©ception. Lorsque j'ai tĂ©lĂ©phonĂ© Ă  l'hĂŽtel au mois de juin pour rĂ©server une chambre au mois d'aout, je n'ai pas rĂ©ussi Ă  le joindre,personne ne rĂ©pond au tĂ©lĂ©phone, c'est pourquoi j'ai rĂ©servĂ© via le site HĂŽtels . Le 19 aout alors que nous cherchions l’établissent nichĂ© dans la montagne, ne le trouvant pas( par manque de de panneaux nous indiquant le chemin) je l'ai appelĂ© Ă  plusieurs reprises, pareil pas de rĂ©ponse !Heureusement des gens du coin ont pu me renseigner !Une fois arrivĂ© , vers 14h 50 ,certes un peu avant que la chambre soit disponible Ă  15h nous avons attendu 10 bonnes minutes Ă  la rĂ©ception ( elle aussi mal indiquĂ©e ) avant que quelqu'un apparaisse. Puis attente de 40 minutes avant d'avoir la chambre ! Lorsque que nous pĂ©nĂ©trons dans la chambre , nous rendons compte que c'est une chambre pour handicapĂ©, c'est Ă  dire qu'il y a une douche sans pare-douche .Le linge de lit n'Ă©tait pas biee repassĂ© et matiĂšre trop chaude vu la tempĂ©rature 31°. ( couette trop chaude, plaid sur le lit, peaux de mouton sur les fauteuils,parfais pour l'hiver mais en plein Ă©tĂ© ). Un sĂ©jour dĂ©cevant. Heureusement que la vue est magnifique . Repas du soir trop copieux( on nous a servi des amuse bouche bourratifs et beaucoup de pain pour nous faire patienter). MĂ©lange de saveurs pas toujours trĂšs rĂ©ussi!
