Perfect getaway

Our host was extremely proactive, responsive and kind. The house was in perfect form, cozy and all the comforts of home were provided. The view and sunsets are magnificent and the closeness to Mesa Verse NP was a bonus. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful home in a beautiful setting

The location was perfect to get into Mesa Verde National Park. The accommodations were great…complete instructions for everything, well-stocked coffee bar, dishes, hot tub, patio with fire pit to view sunset, trail to a small peak to view surrounding mountains.

Wonderful, comfortable stay near Mesa Verde

My family stayed at the chalet while visiting Mesa Verde National Park. The location was perfect, only ten minutes from the park. The kitchen had everything we needed, it was very cozy and we really enjoyed the hot tub and beautiful views. Also the hosts communication was great! I highly recommend if staying in Mancos!

Our stay was perfect

The chalet was quiet with gorgeous views of sunsets and sunrises. It was a perfect home base to explore Mesa Verde National park and to relax. Torino was awesome about staying in touch in case we needed anything. We will definitely be back.

The Chalet was spectacular. View was unbelievable. The coffee bar was impressive, everything you could think of was included. The hot tub was perfect after a long day of hiking. The porch was great to just sit and relax. I would recommend this place to anyone coming to this area. Minutes away from Mesa Verde entrance.

First class! Exceptionally well-furnished and well-stocked. The views are incredible, and stargazing (Milky Way included) from the hot tub is not to be missed. Great communication with the owner, and detailed information was provided regarding all aspects of the property. Will definitely stay here again when we're next in the area.

The Sunset Chalet was one of the best properties that I have had the pleasure to book. The chalet and the surroundings were superb. Torin has thought of everything that a guest could need and has supplied them. He was prompt in replying to the few questions we had. I highly recommend this property.

Cozy chalet with fabulous hot tub overlooking plains, mountains and sunset.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the sunset Chalet… everything was provided for our enjoyment: Games, cards, firewood and starters, music, robes & lrg towels for hot tub, condiments and spices for cooking, even a bottle of wine! We highly recommend!

Southern Colorado treat

The Chalet was the perfect base for south western Colorado adventures. It was super clean and had all the amenities you could ever want plus the best view. Would definitely recommend if you are ever in the area.

Great Property near Mesa Verde

Fantastic property. We have stayed at many properties and this rates at the top of the list. Everything well thought out, from our host -a park ranger showing us what to see - to the endless coffee bar. If back in the area we will stay again.

Extended stay during July

Fabulous views from the deck and hot tub of Mesa Verde and Cortez area. Very comfortable master suite, esp. the bed. Swamp cooler worked great during the hot weather.Very quiet location at the end of the road.

Very welcoming home. Very peaceful relaxing place. The owner has gone above and beyond to make sure his guests are satisfied with their stay. Would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a home away from home when traveling.
