Nice hotel, good size deluxe double room, view not great but then there was not much to look at, staff very friendly and informative, tea and coffee available in room with biscuits as well as a coffee pod machine. In room Table set up was awkward for laptop use and working but was ok. wifi had good signal and easy to connect to, usb points in the room by the bed, shower was powerful and hot with large head as well as hand held option. Safe and ironing board also available as well as dressing gowns in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was good with a selection of hot food and pastries although the sausages and bacon could have been hotter. Food in restaurant was good although a little pricey for portion size. There was also a secure luggage room to leave bags after checkout and collect later.

The room was very clean although we had to move the beds as my friend lost her earring. Under the bed although easily moveable failed miserably and quite off putting a hair bobble, cardboard, earplug, sequins, tablets was seen..yuk. We had a 3 course meal which was very well presented and nice but we had the unfortunate experience of a large very loud radio company which spoilt our meal as we couldn’t hear ourselves think! The breakfast however was outstanding and such a great choice and variety. No one could go hungry. The waiter Gary was first class, very friendly and attentive. He was a credit to the hotel.

The room was very clean. However we had a 3 person room booked and only 2 bottles of water was left for us. Also no regular coffee only decaffeinated and no sweeetner unfortunately. Staff all very pleasant. Check in super easy.
