Wonderful, attentive, friendly staff, very comfortable room. The restaurant is exceptional. Highly recommend.

The staff was very friendly and the room was nice. There was a cool pirate ship in one room.

Overall it was a good experience. The staff was nice and helpful.

The front desk was very helpful .it was not a lot of handicap parking

Worst hotel experience I have ever had. We were on the 3rd floor, a dog was barking in a room for over two hours on our hall from 10pm-12am. Called the front desk multiple times and was not resolved until 2hrs from my initial call to the front desk. Was with my child for a local lacrosse tournament and we got no sleep. Really cost us a lot of money to travel to the tournament for it to be ruined for my son not to be able to sleep. He's 10 yrs old. And us as well. Very disappointed Greg Eckman

The rooms, hallways are very dirty and unkept. Customer service is the worst.

I live locally and reserved a room for two nights as I was the best man in my best friends wedding! Check-in was very smooth and the staff was awesome! But... My room smelled like wet linens upon my arrival! It smelt terrible and the staff was quick to relocate me to another room. The 2nd room had a little stench but was tolerable. First shower I took caused the smoke alarm to go off which was a little annoying but whatever. However... The smoke alarm went off again for no reason at 4am that morning waking me from a dead sleep. Staff was very helpful but ran into a lot of annoying bumps considering Ive stayed at about 20 hotels in the past year!

Let me start by saying the hotel is very clean. The location is good. Nothing to eat at that exit, but a short drive takes you to where the restaurants are located. Great washed apples are always available in the lobby. The room air conditioning / heating was VERY loud. Too loud to even watch TV. The lobby called my cell phone when my luggage finally arrived at the hotel. And checked for ID before releasing it to me. All good. However. They only offer coffee in the morning hours via a Kurig. One 'cup' per person. No exceptions. And on 2 of 3 days they did not have any Kurig cups ... So no coffee. I can understand running out one day. But Kurig cups are available everywhere. Send someone shopping. Don't leave your entire hotel full of guests without a cup of coffee on their way out. Or, have the Breakfast Restaurant bring a big ole' catering pot of coffee out for your guests. Not to mention that if you return to the hotel in the evening and want a hot cup of coffee on a cold night, they charge you $1 for a cup. It's just ridiculous.

This was a great little hotel for the money - was close to the conference I was attending, with an amenable staff, in-hotel meals were good, and it was a great experience.

We love staying there! Great accommodations, great food and staff. LOVE the pool!

Hotel was ok on most aspects, but our room was on the lowest level and really stunk like mildew. The vent in the bathroom was hanging down and just did not have a new appearance. The sink was outside of the bathroom and overall a small room. Not worth the almost $200 per night. Would have rathered stayed in a cheap motel for the money.

My adult daughter and I stayed here while attending a family reunion. The room and breakfast were really great. I would recommend it to all travelers.

Easy access from RT 3, Very quiet, restful, pleasant view from my window. My coffee pot stoped working & they broght a new one within 10 minutes.

on site restaurant and bar are GREAT.

Only stayed one night for business. For that it was ok, but office computer was super restrictive and I could not print from airline website. Fitness room was very outdated and wireless would not work in my wing of the hotel. Pool was drained, but because it was end of winter. Irish Pub was a great atmosphere with good service.

We were there on our honeymoon. Staff was friendly upon arrival. We enjoyed the outdoor pool, However, since we are avid runners, we were looking for a much better exercize room. The Karaoke at the pub was very fun. A fire alarm intereupted our stay. Although it was not serious, we did not receive a call or any communication from the front desk assuring us that we were safe. When we asked about it the following day, we were told that they could not discuss why the alarm went off. No refund or promotion was offered at the location. Above all it would have been nice to receive a call from the front desk following the alarm to let us know that there was nothing to worry about.

The hotel was easy off and on the expressway. The staff was very nice and helpful. Very clean inside and nice size rooms also in a very quite neighborhood.

durring this weekend {loudan race weekend} the hotel was sold out,for being such a buisy week- end hotel staff had smiles on their faces. and made my stay good. the location was good highways cloose by. i would stay here again based by their hospitality.
