We had a family suite in the new part of the hotel. The room was super clean with everything we needed for the stay. The view wasn't the best as it overlooked the front of the hotel and adjacent hotel and also the waste storage area. These bins were emptied early every morning with a big waste truck, which isn't the best wake up alarm you could hope for. But on the whole not much of a concern. The rest of the hotel was what you'd expect from an All Inclusive resort. Lots of food and drink on offer virtually all day long. Some of the areas were no longer opening due to time of year (pool, terrace bar etc in the new building). This didn't matter as there was plenty of space around the other pool and down at the beach. We are not big into the animation side of these resorts so didn't pay much attention to what was going on. Foam party looked fun and kids seemed to enjoy the mini disco but other than that didn't see much going on (but wasn't really looking for it). On the whole a good few days spent lounging around the pool drinking and eating too much.

Outstanding Family Hotel !!!

Outstanding service and property. Food is superior! Will never finish trying everything, so..so.. so.. GOOD!!! Many Germans & Russians, don't think any other better places for Family with kids. Animators doing things above and beyond to make sure kids AND parents have time of their life! Will recommend to all, location and beach are super, with all water sports on the beach. Service is very good, they trying to please everyone at all the times.

Helt okej hotell med bra mat och riktigt bra planering av aktiviteter och annan service. Men utifrån nästan samtlig restaurangpersonals bemötande kan man inte låta bli att undra över hur de har det på jobbet. Städpersonalen alltid lika glada och trevliga och alla utrymmen på hotellet alltid lika välstädade, eloge :) Vi hade inte mycket kontakt med receptionspersonalen efter att de korrigerat vårt felaktiga rum första natten, (kanske för att vi undvek det). Fin lösning på poolområde och en toppenfin strand med havssköldpaddor intill!!! Endast 3 hissar innebär lång väntetid ibland. Skulle jag åka hit igen? Ja men jag skulle checka in fort och inte förvänta mig en trevlig service i barer och restauranger

Prijs kwaliteit verhouding = perfect

Ik ben op vakantie geweest met me zus en me ouders. Vakantie ging perfect, personeel zeer vriendelijk, eten uitgebreid. Je betaalt er niet de hoofdprijs, daarom moet je bekijken hoe je vakantie was op basis van het prijs. Dit was optimaal. Kamers waren in orde, zwembad was schoon, strand letterlijk aan het hotel gelegen. Kortom top. Er zijn wel merendeel Duitsers, maar dat zie ik niet als een negatief punt. Een gemiddelde Nederlander verstaat makkelijk Duits. De animatieteam spreekt ook nog Engels dus dat is geen big deal. Daarnaast was het hotel zeer kindervriendelijk. Maar voor volwassenen was er ook nog genoeg te doen. van beach volleybal naar waterpolo, verschillende zwembad activiteiten. kortom top vakantie.

Entspannte Atmosphere

Das Essen war gut und das Personal freundlich, darum gebe ich eine "4". WLAN hatte ich keines im Zimmer, in der Lobby funktionierte es so lala. Bei der Ankunft hatte ich Probleme, da ich übers Internet gebucht habe. Ein Anruf bei hotels.com klärte die Sache - ich musste den Anruf bezahlen obwohl ich keinen Fehler gemacht habe.
