Brand new for 2024, this ultra all-inclusive resort hotel was an excellent choice for our recent holiday to Side. It is situated on the edge of the town in a quiet area, with access to a private section of beach a short bus ride or 15 minute walk away. At the beach, there is all inclusive drinks, sun loungers, ice creams and lunch cooked to order. Back at the hotel, there is a strong air of luxury, with beautiful decor and a grand open lobby area. There is a 24 hour bar, a 24 hour coffee shop and patisserie, two a la cart restaurants, a large buffet restaurant with plentiful choices of well-prepared fresh food, a poolside takeaway area, a pool bar and several other outdoor cooking locations. There are plentiful events, ranging from evening bingo and live music, to a foam party! The staff are highly attentive, although sometimes too busy during dinner to provide a drinks service. The rooms are large, well equipped and kept very clean by the housekeeping team, who also refill the complimentary minibar daily. You will not go wrong choosing this hotel

Everything was great the only issue we faced was the check in process was slow and we had booked two rooms and requested they were near each other which didn’t happen. The other issue was not been placed in a pool view room for the 1st night when I booked pool view.

Disappointing stay – far from 5-star standards

During our stay, we noticed that certain guests had one of the manager Jacqueline’s personal number and could call her directly to claim sunbeds. On more than one occasion, she allowed them to take spots that were others. This kind of favoritism is disappointing and a clear misuse of a management position. It does not reflect the standards one expects from a five-star hotel. The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. We returned several times to find visible stains on the bed sheets and pillowcases. It was clear that the linens had not been properly changed, which is not acceptable under any circumstances – especially not in a hotel with a 5-star rating. Drink service via QR code at the sunbeds was unreliable. Out of about ten attempts, our orders were fulfilled maybe twice – and always with long delays. Staff showed no ownership of the issue. The food lacked variety throughout the week. The menu mentioned afternoon grill service, and while there was a clear smell of grilling, no grilled food was ever made available – It was misleading. On top of that, multiple guests were vomiting in the pool area from overdrinking, with no reaction from the staff. Hygiene and basic safety standards were simply not enforced. This hotel fails to meet basic expectations, and it certainly does not meet 5-star standards. I do not recommend staying here.

Beautiful new hotel!

This was an excellent new hotel! Some of the staff did not speak very good english, but that was not an issue. Staff mostly spoke germany and that was mostly used language in activities by the pool also. Pool area was very nice, drinks at the pool bar were not so great, but food was excellent all around the hotel! The lady making gözlemes by the pool was so sweet and made delicious gözlemes! Beach area and restaurant was also nice. Only thing we actually had an issue was one of the lifeguards by the pool (big guy). He pushed people to the pool and was acting very much like a bully. I don't understand why a lifeguard pushes even old people etc to the pool without them wanting it. It made us want to stay away from that dude. Everyone else at staff was very nice and friendly!

Wir waren 10 Tage vor Ort. Das Mittagessen und Abendessen waren leider nicht sehr abwechslungsreich. Wer ein bisschen auf gutes Essen achtet ist hier nicht gut aufgehoben. Es gab viel Essen aus Pulver zubereitet wie Kartoffelpüree oder Suppen. Das Gemüse, Nudeln, Fleisch und Fisch waren immer so durchgekocht dass es kaum genießbar war. Die Poolanlage ist viel zu klein für die Anzahl der Gäste. Ab 9h hat man keine Liege mehr bekommen. Am Strand sah es zu Glück anders aus, da war immer was frei. Der Shuttle zum Strand war auch super. Was die Getränke angeht bekommt man leider keine original Getränke wie Aperol. Im großen und ganzen ist die Anlage und die Zimmer schön und das Personal auch immer sehr freundlich. Wir haben das beste draus gemacht und konnten gut abschalten aber ich würde nicht nochmal wieder kommen.
