Sunshine Village is conveniently located right down the road from the Vons shopping center and on the free shuttle route. Enjoy a glass of wine with friends and family in the spacious living room complete with cozy pellet stove, flatscreen TV, and WiFi. This 1 bedroom + loft, 2 bathroom sleeps up to 6 people and features a Queen bed in the bedroom, while the loft has a Queen bed as well as a Full bed with bathroom and flatscreen TV. The Sunshine Village complex offers a year-round hot tub, outdoor pool (Summer only), sauna, tennis court and unassigned outdoor parking for 2 cars. NO PETS ALLOWED. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Bit of a fixer upper

Overall trip to the area was great but this property is in need of some updating and work. New countertop and floors are nice, but the rest of the unit is rough. WiFi didn’t work, called multiple times and management came out but couldn’t fix it so they dropped of a hotspot which worked but was slowwww. I was given a lesson about the internet by the person on the phone, always nice when they make you feel like you don’t belong. pool access code didn’t work had to call again to get a different code, beds have linens that look like they were borrowed from an old 80’s motel, tv upstairs doesn’t work, upstairs bathroom has the loudest fan that shuts off an on. Again the trip was great overall and the unit was serviceable, but the experience with the management company and general condition of the unit compared to the pictures made us definitely not want to rent through them again.

Birthday Getaway

This year for my birthday we came to this beautiful town Mammoth Lakes. We stay in a very cute and quaint place. The home was clean and to our liking. However, it does face a popular street and can be quite loud if the windows are open. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

Wonderful Getaway with the Family

The property is very clean and they've modernized much of the interior. As others have described, the entry from Meridian is a little strange because you need park by the office, which is right around the corner. Outside of the parking and entry to the property, our experience was wonderful and we would definitely rent this property again,

Mammoth Condo

The loft was NOT safe for kids with a ledge to 15’ drop to lower floor right next to the beds. Kids could easily climb or fall off the bed, over the ledge, and down to floor below either by accident or while jumping or playing on the beds. Overall the condo was not very clean. Counters were wiped and clean but floors were dirty, and extra linens and pillows in the closets had not been laundered. Great fireplace and small porch/balcony were nice. Entering and exiting along main busy road during snowy weather proved somewhat unsafe/difficult, however with good weather you can easily and safely pull your car up to front of condo to load and unload.

Overall the place was fine. It was clean. Check in and out were easy. We found one thing quite deceptive however. It states in the "Amenities" and "General" sections that there is a washer and dryer. Usually that means there is laundry in the unit. There isn't. The only laundry is coin operated in the clubhouse. To access it you have to go outside and walk around the building. This should be clarified in the description.
