Stayed here recently with my daughter. Lovely house, spacious clean room, and breakfast second to none. Bathroom lovely and clean, and bed so comfortable, slept like a baby. Would definately use this again.

Excellent place, all our kids and grandkids stayed there. 15 in all. Margaret and Sean are the perfect hosts. Even brought out some of there grandkids toys for us. Food is the best. Rooms are great. Location is perfect. Lots of parking. Walking distance to town and attractions. Train station is a five minute walk.

Nice walk into town for dinner. The grounds are pretty. The people are nice that run the place. It is old. Furnishing old. Very dated. Felt like grandma’s house. Breakfast was good with the best orange juice I had in Ireland. Parking easy.

Margaret and Sean and a delight to meet. I felt very welcome. The place is spotless. Very comfortable lounge to hang out in. Rooms are very nicely decorated, breakfast was great, plenty choice. If you are taking the train, it is the ideal place to stay as the station is only 2 mins walk.

I must say I was very impressed by pretty much every aspect of our stay in Annabella Lodge. It is a lovely place with clean, spacious, modern rooms, all ensuite with TV and tea/coffee making facilities. Very comfortable bed and so quiet at night. The breakfast is excellent with a wide array of choices and there are cereals, juices, yoghurt and fruits from the buffet which is in addition to the menu! Breakfast is served in a lovely, bright, airy room by the friendly and attentive hostess. Right beside the train station, just off the main Cork-Limerick road. Ample parking. About a 10 minute walk to the centre of Mallow. We were all in agreement that we'd definitely stay here again.

First class b&b. Room was lovely and clean and a good size. At breakfast on the first morning we were given orange juice which my husband can not drink, after telling Margaret this for the rest of the stay she priovided an alternative. Breakfast is in a lovely sun room overlooking the garden which has an abundance of birds. Margaret constantly topped up your tea and toast. The marmalade and jam were homemade and delicious. On our last morning we had to leave early so Margaret left cereals, youghurts, juice and fruit out for us. Would have no hesitation staying here again.

This is more like a hotel, probably better. The rooms are so clean, beautifully presented with lots of channels on the tv, great wifi, lovely views, nice grounds, great people. The people who own this property are friendly welcoming, professional and really relaxed. The breakfast is ideal, good amount, healthy choices as well as traditional, as well as live yoghurts, fresh fruit salad, homemade bread, cereals, freshly squeezed orange juice, freshly made tea and coffee pots.. It is so handy to the town, to the river walks, to the railway station to the road to Cork and to Limerick. good price, phone direct.

I was on training and needed to spend the night in cork, I'm really glad I got this b&b. Blown away by the welcome I got and was accommodated for a really early breakfast Very helpful with any requests and big rooms Showers were brilliant and great sleep with a comfy warm bed

We were greeted on our arrival with tea and homemade rhubarb pie yummy We had a choice for breakfast and Margaret served homemade bread and jams. The dining room is large, well laid out and has a nice aspect over the garden. Really nice on a sunny morning. Margaret and Sean made us feel at home. Oh and very close to the train station if you are arriving by train. We will definitely be back Thank again to our hosts

Beautiful b and b. Room was quiet and comfortable. Location was within walking distance to the local shops. Enjoyed breakfast every morning. Owners are very friendly. Would definitely recommend a stay.
