Villa Maravilla.

Newly refurbished villa, brand new, in the most exclusive area of ​​Pollensa, called Ternelles, which is accessed from the center of Pollensa by the beautiful road through the Torrent de Sant Jordi, just 10 minutes walk. The villa will be released in the 2019 season, after a laborious restoration work, with a totally contemporary-minimalist spirit. The villa is accessed through the entrance door that connects the hall with the large living room, open to the kitchen, both connected with the light sliding doors to the terrace, pool and garden. On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. Between both rooms is a bathroom with shower of high qualities in the materials used. The upper floor is exclusively dedicated to the main room, with a dressing area. Next to the room there is integrated and separated with glass the bathroom, with shower and free bath. In all rooms and dining room there is air conditioning with heating. On the terrace there is a large table for outdoor dining, sun loungers and sofa with chaise longue to relax. The pool is surrounded by a lawn and garden, for the game of the little ones.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker.

Very comfortable and pleasant stay

We enjoyed a week in Pollensa. The villa was clean and well equipped. We had a problem with the water being turned off when we got there but Jose was very responsive and quick to fix the issue. I would happily recommend this villa

Peace, comfort and stunning views. Perfection.

We were pleased to find this villa Hort Petit de Ternelles. It is quite secluded and quied, being up to dead end road, surrounded by contryside, studded with the mountains a few hundred yards to the North. The Puig de Maria (monestery topped hill) is visible from the terrace. The peace and green so arround you are very relaxing, asis the pretty garden. Thank you for a lovely holiday.
