This attractive, brightly decorated, pale stone villa is located not far from the beautiful Bay of Pollensa and is nestled in the countryside midway between Old Town Pollensa and the beaches and resort amenities of Puerto Pollensa. The arch shaped doors lead you into a spacious lounge and dining area which are light and airy and very comfortable, offering cool respite from the Mediterranean summer sun. The villa has modern furnishings throughout and the first floor master bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. The shady terrace features an outside dining table and built-in barbecue, ideal for barbecuing enthusiasts to test their skills! The refreshing waters of the pool are just steps away surrounded by lawns and beautiful views of the mountains in the distance.
