Sa Costa, with free internet Wi-Fi, is very beautiful house with private pool, air conditioning, villa very near the best beaches in Majorca Es Trenc, Sa Coloni, Ses Covetes, Sa Ràpita. It's a house with 1 very big bedroom, 1 complete bathrooms 1 toilet and private pool, a 10.000 m² estate in a quiet, private place with beautiful and very big garden . It has a large kitchen. The villa is located in the south of Majorca, 14 kilometres to the beaches of Es Trenc, Ses Covetes, Sa Ràpita. Distance to the airport: 34 km. It is more a rustic house of Majorcan style. It is located on a forest, very calm and ideal for children. We recommend visiting one of the weekly markets that take place in the small villages nearby, or taking a refreshing swim in the crystal clear water of such magnificent natural beaches as Es Trenc, Ses Covetes. The lovers of golf will find it only 24 km to the beautiful golf course: Son Antem. The house is located some 3 km from the town of Campos. In Campos you will find all the services: supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, banks, etc.

Biggest pool/private grounds you'll ever find for a villa for 3!

Wonderful stay in this property, enjoyed privacy, fantastic pool, good quality aircon. Villa is basic but very clean. Double bed and a single bed together in one room. Unfortunately the Wifi was down the for whole week, and we didn't find a stereo but it had everything else we could need. Even had inflated lilos ready in the pool cupboard! Hire car essential.

Rustic property with a fantastic pool area. Just how we like it! Big enough pool for a family.

This was the second time we stayed at Sa Costa. Last visit 3 years ago. It was just as wonderful as we remembered. Basic amenities inside the property, so not for those looking for luxury accommodation, but we spent 99% of the time outside by the wonderful pool anyway. The pool is big enough for a family, but as the house only sleeps 3 there is more than enough room for lots of splashing & fun. It's also long enough for those dedicated length swimmers. We really appreciate the privacy and peace & quiet, even though the main road beside the house is quite busy. Not overlooked by neighbours, so no need for embarrassment in that bikini by the pool! We really love the area, 5 minutes from shops in Campos (Recommend Lidl for groceries & bakery). Lots of lovely beaches & harbours / marinas to spend time in. Favourite spot for romantic walk & atmospheric evenings is Cala Figuera. Beautiful rustic harbour with nice restaurants etc. Overall we loved both our holidays here, hire car a necessity to get around, but driving is easy, even though the locals do tend to drive on the wrong side of the road! In summary, If you are looking for polished white marble and all the mod cons, then probably you should look elsewhere, however Sa Costa does provide abundant rustic charm, and of course that wonderful pool area with ample tables chairs and umbrellas.The house is clean & tidy, however, with all the essential stuff (Dishwasher, Washing machine, air con, Wi fi, all the necessary kitchen equipment etc.), so if you are like us and want a secluded, private environment in an area bustling with natural beauty and charm, then give it a try & I'm sure you wont be disappointed.

The property was amazing, clean & tidy, plenty of space inside and in the surrounding grounds, exactly as advertised, the pictures didn't do the villa justice , the kitchen was large plenty of cooking utensils, dishwasher and washing machine. Linen was changed regularly. Outside you could seat and relax in a shady area. The pool was great, clean and was regularly maintained. Very safe and secure accommodation would recommend this property. There was very good communication with Toni right though the booking process and meeting and taken us to the villa. We had a fab relaxing holiday, can't wait to go again next year.

This property is typically Mallorcan. If you want a relaxing break, this is for you. With it's remotely operated electric security gates and secure perimiter, one can feel completely at ease. The pool is super, well maintained and complete with in pool lighting for that late evening dip. The pool surround is spacious and has ample shaded areas for when the sun is at it's hottest and provides complete privacy. This is a well equipped house with everything you would expect, laundry room with washing and ironing facilities, kitchen with plenty of cooking utensils, plates, cups, glasses etc. large fridge freezer and dishwasher. There is air conditioning in the bedroom and lounge, although inside the house is cool. Barbecues are provided for al fresco dining. The lemon trees in the orchard provided lots of refreshing cool lemon drinks. All in all, the template for a lovely holiday. Car hire is absolutely essential as the nearest supermarkets etc are in Campos which is a 10 minute drive away. The nearest beaches are 12 - 15 kilometres. We stayed for just one week which proved to pass too quickly!

Super sauber und viel schöner wie auf den Bildern! Alles renoviert und neu. War perfekt sauber! Wunderschöner Garten und tolles Haus. Das einzige störende ist die Laute Straße die direkt vor der Tür ist. Aber ganz liebe Vermieter und wirklich alles toll

Schönes Objekt . Der Pool war von allen am besten . Sehr sauber alles . Das einzige war das die Betten bisschen hart waren. Ansonsten eine super Finca und eine super Verwaltung ! Empfehlenswert

Schöne Finca mit tollem Pool

Es handelt sich um eine rustikale, aber sehr schöne und saubere Finca, die alles beinhaltet was man braucht. Komplett ausgestattete Küche, frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher (wurden wöchentlich gewechselt), sogar Luftmatratzen etc. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Vermieter und sein Sohn waren wunderbar, Sie haben sich um alles sofort gekümmert, den Pool, der wirklich sehr groß und wunderschön ist, jeden 2. Tag gereinigt, waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Bei Ankunft stand frisches Obst und etwas zu trinken bereit und wir haben eine Flasche Wein geschenkt bekommen. Danke nochmal für die hervorragende Betreuung. Das Grundstück ist komplett umzäunt, was uns wegen unserem Hund sehr wichtig war. Der Garten ist schön angelegt, hauptsächlich mit Bäumen und Palmen, viele kleine Beete runden das Bild ab. Am Poolbereich ist viel Platz, Liegen, Schirme, Stühle, Auflagen und Tische sind ausreichend und gepflegt vorhanden. Das gesamte Grundstück ist von außen nicht einsehbar, sodass man komplett ungestört ist. Was uns allerdings gestört hat und uns vorher nicht klar war ist, dass sich die Finca fast unmittelbar an der Hauptverkehrsstraße befindet und der Lärm des Verkehrs unsere gewünschte Urlaubsruhe doch sehr beeinträchtigt hat. Ansonsten wirklich sehr empfehlenswert!

Erholung pur.

Eine tolle Zeit hatten wir auf dieser tollen Finca, vielen Dank an Toni für den unkomplzierten Ablauf. Es war alles perfekt, die Finca ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Der Poolbereich ist einfach herrlich und von aussen nicht einsehbar, sowie die gesamte Finca nicht. Egal ob schwimmen, grillen, lesen usw. man ist komplett ungestört. Durch die Nähe zu Camos ist man in 5 Minuten vor Ort, auch das war sehr praktisch. Wir kommen gerne wieder ..... LG an Toni ....Micha & Nadine

Sehr entspannte und erholsame Ferien

Der bewohnbare Teil der Finca ist in einem sauberen und ordentlichen Zustand. Das gleiche gilt für den Pool und die Poolterrasse. Dort gibt es mehrere Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Hinter dem Hauptgebäude gibt es noch ein renovierungsbedürftiges Nebengebäude. Da dieses Gebäude nicht im unmittelbaren Sichtfeld liegt, ist es eigentlich keine Beeinträchtigung. Das sehr große Grundstück hat einen alten Baumbestand. Dadurch gibt es einige schattige Plätze. Es sind alle notwendigen (elektr.) Küchengeräte vorhanden. Hervorzuheben ist eine Kllimaanlage im Wohn- und im Schlafbereich. Leider stehen auf dem Grundstück ein paar Fässer und ähnliches herum. Ebenso steht im Unterstellplatz (fürs Auto?) etwas herum... Der Fernseher verfügt auch über deutsche Programme. Es gab einen sehr netten und zuverlässigen Kontakt zum Verwalter. Nach der Hälfte der Woche wurden uns neue Badetücher und neues Bettzeug angeboten. Wir würden dort wieder Urlaub machen, jedoch könnte das Außengelände etwas aufgeräumter sein.

So schön kann Finca-Urlaub zu zweit auf Mallorca sein (Anreise per Flug/Mietwagen) !

Wir suchten eine Finca auf Mallorca, die uns einen ungestörten Urlaub zu zweit mit einem nicht von der Straße oder außen einsehbarem großen Pool ermöglichen sollte. Die Kommunikation über Toni lief leider nur über englisch ab. Toni war nett und hat uns an einem Supermarkt in Campos nahe der Finca in Empfang genommen. Nachdem wir dort eine kurze Einweisung sowie die Schlüssel bekommen, haben wir die Restsumme bezahlt, eine Quittung bekommen und schon konnte der Urlaub beginnen. Netterweise standen schon Getränke im Kühlschrank sowie köstliches Obst auf dem Tisch. Toilettenpapier war vorhanden. Es handelt sich um eine Finca, die definitiv für 2 Personen oder maximal für eine zusätzliche Person eignet, die im selben Schlafraum in einem eigenen Bett schläft. Für ein größeres Wohnmobil wäre Platz vorhanden. Es gibt ein Badezimmer Badewanne und Warmwasser. Eine große Küche (Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, Espressokanne, Kaffeemaschine, Tisch und 6 Stühle). Der Wohnraum hat einen Esstisch- und einen Couchbereich mit Sat-Fernseher. Im überdachten Eingangsbereich gibt es draußen auch noch einen schönen Essbereich,. Im Schlafzimmer sowie im Wohnzimmer gibt es jeweils eine sehr effektive und gut regelbare Klimaanlage. Die Betten haben relativ harte Matratzen, die nicht durchhängen. Es gibt saubere Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Wg. starker Hitze hat Senor Juan extra früh um ca. 7 Uhr, leise und unauffällig seine Pflanzen auf dem Grundstück gegossen, seine Tauben und seine Schildkröten gefüttert (Vorsicht bissig, Finger weg ;-). Die Kommunikation mit Juan und Maria kann leider nur spanisch oder per Zeichensprache erfolgen, funktioniert aber. Das Grundstück ist mit einem Zaun und einem elektrischem Hoftor gesichert. Man hat hier einen Wohn- und Schwimmbereich, der einen sehr ungestörten Urlaub verspricht. Lediglich der Straßenverkehr ist hörbar, stört aber nicht wirklich. Die Poolanlage hat eine Größe von 5*11*2,5 Meter und sauberes Wasser! Es gibt großzügige Liegeflächen, 2 Sonnenschirme und 2 Tische mit Stühlen, ein Bad mit WC und Dusche für den Außenbereich in Poolnähe, einen Waschmaschinenraum, einen schattigen Carport und einen Grill. Es gibt eine eine kleine Baustelle ohne Bauaktivitäten. Die Finca hat sehr schöne Außenanlagen hat und besitzt innen Charme und Bequemlichkeit. Die Bilder im Internetauftritt geben diesen positiven Eindruck leider nicht wieder. Es war ein toller Finca- u. Pool-Urlaub. Preis/Leistung ist sehr gut. Danke Maria und Juan!
