This wonderful holiday house Can Ribas, just minutes from Can Picafort beach and the incomparable bay of Son Bauló, preserves the typical Mallorcan style of the island. With a large saltwater pool where you can cool off during the summer season. In the outdoor area, it also has a barbecue and ping pong table. The furnished, bright, and cozy house has a large living room with television, a modern kitchen with an open dining area, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, of which one bedroom with bathroom is located on the upper floor.



The elegant saltwater pool, which measures 5x11m and has a depth of 2.20m, is surrounded by a well-maintained Mediterranean garden. The 8 loungers are also cozy and modern, and are at your disposal.



The seating area on the wide terrace is optimally divided. Here you can enjoy a relaxed breakfast at the beautiful dining table or have the option to prepare a barbecue and enjoy it in the chill-out area. The Perfect Rural Retreat

If you are looking for somewhere peaceful and relaxing with older children or adults, you can stop searching as you have found it. We were able to play music, and be in the pool, until late in the evening, without fear of disturbing the neighbours as there aren't any. Despite this, the town of Ca'n Picafort is a few minutes drive away, with the beach, the marina, and all the shops you could wish for. The pool is large and deep, and ideal for keeping teenagers amused. The setting is beautiful, and Miguel and his wife are the perfect hosts. I cannot recommend this property highly enough. Book it now, you can thank me later.

Family Holiday

What a stunning property! From the moment we were greeted by Miguel and welcomed with a basket of fresh eggs, watermelon and pomegranate from the farm on the adjacent land we were wowed. Miguel also checked in on us and delivered more fresh goods during our stay - just wonderful and a great experience for our children! Each room was of a great size with the master bedroom on the first floor spanning the whole of the main area of the ground floor and the largest room on the ground floor having a walk in wardrobe and ensuite with a shower and bath. The villa was situated in the country, but only a few minutes from the town Ca'n Picafort by car. The private pool was again a great size and the children (ages 4 and 6) were in and out of it all day! We were pleasantly surprised by each detail, we were able to barbeque on the veranda and chill in the evening sun on the outside sofas and chairs.... We honestly cannot rate our holiday and the villa more highly! What lovely hosts, we would absolutely stay here again the future ;) Thank you to Miguel and his wife for making our stay so memorable!

Eine wundervolle Finca und die Besitzer haben für eine tollen Aufenthalt gesorgt. Es entspricht alles den Bilder und ist in einem tollen Zustand. Einzig sollte erwähnt werden, dass einige Katzen auf dem Grundstück unterwegs sind. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
