Surrounded by almond, fig, and carob trees, the property offers a quiet natural setting with open fields and beautiful rural landscapes. The area is known for its tranquility and for its proximity to some of the most stunning beaches on the island.
Guests stay in a comfortable private room located on the upper floor of the house. The room is bright and cozy, with a solid stainless-steel bed fitted with white hypoallergenic organic cotton sheets. It also includes a fan, an efficient heater for cooler months, and a portable air-conditioning unit to help during the warmer summer days. A small closet with hangers and soft rugs provide additional comfort, while two windows allow fresh air and the peaceful sounds of the countryside to enter the room.
The bathroom is located on the same floor and includes a bathtub, shower, and bidet. During the summer months the water can occasionally be warm when first opened because the exterior pipes are heated by the sun, which is common in rural houses on the island. There is also an outdoor shower that many guests enjoy using after returning from the beach.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the house and the surrounding natural environment respectfully. Shoes are not worn inside the house in order to maintain a clean and comfortable indoor space. Because the property is located in a rural area, bringing insect repellent and bottled drinking water is recommended, as tap water in many parts of Mallorca is not typically used for drinking.
