Lovely hotel with great facilities. Clean and tidy throughout. Great selection of good quality buffet food. Well appointed rooms with good views. Close to shops, bars and restaurant and a short walk to the beach. Stayed here as part of a cycle training camp as the island is mecca for cyclists. Highly recommended

Rooms are good. Mini apartments and well appointed. Beds comfortable, and mini kitchen is really handy. I was there for the Mallorca 312 bike ride so did not use the pool[too cold]. Buffet meals were well presented varied and tasty. What I disliked was the 11 euro charge to get a lock for the in room safe and the added charge of 10 euro for one hour sauna. Hotel brochure advertises the sauna but not the extra charge.

Stayed here mid April with 3 of my friends. We had upgraded to a deluxe suite which was well worth it. On arrival we were taken to a separate lounge to check in which was exclusive to deluxe guests. We were given a cocktail on arrival along with some food. We were then shown to our room which had a private garden area with plunge pool, loungers, outdoor seating and a veranda bed. The outside space was really amazing! Throughout our stay we could use the exclusive lounge with free tea and coffee. The pool was nice to sit around, quiet but to be expected at that time of year. The actual pool was freezing though! Was nice to get in to cool down from the sun but couldn't stay in there for long. The evening entertainment was non existent probably due to the time of year that we went. We had booked self catering, however there was not a huge choice of utensils to cook with but there are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance of the hotel. There was also a really nice sandy beach about 2 minutes away from the hotel. Overall would highly recommend this hotel!

Stayed here for a week with the family. Lovely hotel with good kids play area. Minigolf was usable albeit basic. There is a nature reserve backing on to it which was lovely for a walk. Five mins to entrance down the road. Hotel was clean and room attended daily. Free pool towels. Good food from the pool bar. Good internet signal. Comfy beds and near to lots of restaurants. Staff polite and courteous. Go to BOY down the road if you want a real steak!! I.E. a 1kg t-bone. Great pizza place a few doors down and several small supermarkets outside. Small car hire place on corner opposite the Corvette one, that does €40 a day all in inc ALL insurance for a Focus.

We stayed here as a family of 4 half board (2 adults and 2 kids/teenagers 12 & 16) we had a wonderful time. First we took an early flight with Thomas cook, one of the most pleasant flights and check in ever, maybe everyone’s nicer early doors haha. This meant on arrival our room wasn’t ready, this wasn’t a problem, they took our luggage and we headed off for walk (beautiful area) eventually heading back for an early lunch at the pool bar. Excellent service something for everyone and all the staff speak brilliant English. We went to see if our room was ready, and our bags were taken to our room by a lovely young man, really wasn’t expecting that type of service. The room was spacious, very clean and modern, with a balcony overlooking the pool. We were surprised how much storage space we had plus a bath and 2 showers. Facilities included TV, hairdryer, kettle (most important) fridge, toaster and small hob and of course crockery/cutlery (including a cork screw) complimentary toiletries and washing up sponge/liquid we supplied so we only had to grab tea and coffee from the site shop which we found to be very reasonable. To be honest there are little spar shops everywhere so you can’t go wrong. The apartment blocks are 4 high but each has 2 lifts so no issues with access. Food - well not sure what to say - but I need to go on a diet!!! To say the selection is fantastic is an understatement. Just as a guide every evening there’s was soups, salads, meats, chicken, etc fish, pasta, pizza, vegetables, potatoes, fruit, cake, tarts, oh and the chocolate fountain. On ever section they were food being cooked to order. We went at different times and they never ran out. They had themed evenings(my lot loved the Mexican night). The staff worked so hard cleaning constantly, bringing out more food and nothing was too much trouble so friendly. If you have little ones there are plenty of high chairs and a train which is actually a kids buffet area so they can reach the food themselves which I thought was lovely. Again breakfast is just the same sooo good only my lot moaned about the lack of proper sausages (didn’t stop them eating haha) again omelettes and eggs were cooked to order and no one had to wait long. I personally loved the smoothie bar. The pool layout is great plenty of sun beds and it’s designed so no one is on top of each other, but it was April and only the brave went in - water was freezing!! But they had an indoor pool so not a problem. Bus stop straight outside on the main road which for a few euro goes all the way to porta polencsa think it was 7 Euro to Alcudia market for all of us) . There’s plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from but it is a quiet area, so if your looking for a clubbing/party holiday this is not the. There a kids club but the staff do encourage teenagers and adults to join in and the activities were free (archery, shooting, table tennis etc) there’s a small charge for the pool table. Would certainly recommend for families and couples. Great food, clean , friendly and chilled, for example no noise after midnight even the fountains are turned off.

Great hotel, amazing location and staff were very nice. Can't fault really anything about this hotel. There is lots to do, it's not far from the beach or the shops and restaurants. The out door pool was freezing but that was expected with it only being April but the indoor pool was lovely and warm. Only one minor problem and that was just the reception was slow, checking in was very slow. Everything else I couldn't fault at all! I'd go back to this hotel again.

Arrived late and was offered free buffett in the restaurant which was a nice touch as we were room only the room was excellent very big and excellent services, would recommend this hotel on only one nights stay

One of the top hotels in the area for cyclists. The main base for UK operator SunVelo Cycling Holidays and Training Camps, excellent bike facilities with new garage and bike wash area. Spacious apartment rooms booked through SunVelo along with their daily cycling groups and extensive breakfast and dinner buffet choice at the hotel restaurant.

Fantastic hotel used as a base for a SunVelo cycling holiday. Clean, comfortable and very well appointed. One element needed when cycling is food, food, food. The restaurant is buffet style with individual service available. Too much choice and all of a very high standard, than goodness the cycling provided a good reason to indulge. With a spa, swimming pools and tennis, this is a base by the sea to enjoy

This place is the most amazing place!! I am forever grateful that I was brought here as a child and have been going here for the past 17 years straight! The amount of family’s we have met over the years who are now life long friends who also keep returning it’s just amazing! Our La Dorada Family! The complex is amazing! Facilities, staff (reception, cleaners, maintence) all just fantastic and so accommodating! Beach is right across the road.. but with so many pools you never need to leave!!!!!
