Villa Tacaritx in Alcudia, is a charming two-storey property with a private pool. There is a lovely pool area on the first floor, while the living areas are located on the upper floor. The furnishings were very good. We felt very comfortable there and will definitely return. The house is the ideal choice for a comfortable vacation.

Familienurlaub um Ostern in der Villa Tacaritx

Die Anreise zur Villa vom Flughafen aus, hat dank Maps-Link aus einer der Mails problemlos funktioniert. Die Villa ist sehr großzügig gehalten und bietet alles Notwendige vor Ort. Die Ausstattung und Bauart ist schon etwas älter aber sehr charmant. Es gibt auf der Vorderseite einen fest überdachten Balkon, auf der Rückseite einen mit Markise, der gleichzeitig den Zugang zum Pool darstellt. Der Außenbereich ist sehr hübsch gestaltet und äußert gepflegt, der Bereich um den Pool ist gut gegen Fremde Einblicke geschützt. An zwei Tagen die Woche kommt jemand zur Pool- und Gartenpflege. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Beschreibung wo der Schlüsselkasten zu finden ist fehlt. Wir mussten relativ lange suchen. Die Bilder in der Anzeige lassen alles etwas moderner wirken als es ist. Die Bestuhlung im Wohnzimmer sowie das Sofa wären bereit zur Erneuerung. Es sollte ein zusätzliches Set Handtücher für die Poolnutzung bereitgestellt werden. Die Stromversorgung der Schlafzimmer ist etwas buggy, das mag an der Wechselschaltung mit drei Lichtschaltern je Zimmer liegen. Jedenfalls hat das Ganze sehr sensitiv auf unsere Handyladegeräte reagiert mit flackernden bis rhythmisch blinken den Leuchten, wenn man eins in die Steckdose eingesteckt hat. Der Sicherungskasten ist zwar zugänglich und einsehbar, lässt sich aber nur mit speziellem Schlüssel öffnen, der uns nicht ausgehändigt wurde. In dem Bereich wo das Haus liegt, mangelt es an Straßenbeleuchtung. Ansonsten ist man dort abgesehen von bellenden Hunden seitens der Nachbarschaft völlig ungestört.
