This pretty villa is set amidst well maintained gardens in an area between Pollensa and Port Pollensa with the nearest beach only 10 minutes drive away. This relaxed and airy house is very suitable for guests wanting to know the flavour of the real Mallorcan life combined with modern amenities.The interior is very well furnished and lovingly cared for by the owners. The entrance doors lead into the spacious dining/lounge area with large dining table, chairs and TV. From the living/dining area there is also access to the fitted kitchen totally equipped with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.The villa sleeps 4 people. There are 1 double bedrooms, with en suite bathroom and 2 single beds upstairs in a gallery area. There is also 1 full bathroom downstairs. Outside is the impressive garden which offers sunbathing and space to relax on the terraces. With a seating area, 2 dining areas, a feature pond and views across the Mallorcan countryside this is a fantastic place to truly unwind. There is also a BBQ at your disposal to enjoy al fresco dining.

Traumhafte Finca zum pudelwohlfühlen

Das Gesamtpaket der Finca, so wie oben beschrieben. Übertroffen hat unsere Erwartungen das die Handtücher alle 3-4 Tage getauscht wurden. Und die Kommunikation mit der Hausvermietung war immer klasse. einfach genau weiter so!

Sehr schön gepflegtes Ferienhaus. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Falls es in beiden Zimmern eine Klimaanlage hätte, würden wir diese Finca wieder mieten.

Erholsamer geht es nicht!

Die Lage dieser Finca ist einmalig: himmlische Ruhe, herrliche Landschaft und dennoch schnell in Pollenca und Alcudia. Die liebevolle Gestaltung des Gartens, des Wohnhauses sowie die abgestimmte Inneneinrichtung garantieren, dass man sich sofort wohl fühlt. Dazu kommt die liebevolle Betreuung durch die Agentur sowie die Besitzer. Auch im nächsten Jahr werden wir deshalb unseren Urlaub wieder hier verbringen.

Can Cremat hat uns sehr, sehr gut gefallen.

Die ganze Anlage (Haus + Garten) waren wunderschön. Das Haus war sehr geschmackvoll renoviert. Der Garten war herrlich angelegt. Das Haus lag sehr ruhig. Wir hatten genügend Holz zur Verfügung, um jeden Abend den Kaminofen anzufeuern (Mitte März waren die Abende noch recht kühl). Die Sitz-Lounge und die Liegestühle benutzten wir leider nicht, da wir vorrangig zum Wandern unterwegs waren. Wir würden dieses Haus jederzeit wieder mieten, wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr schöne Finca.

Cremat ist eine sehr schöne und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Finca. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt, um sich auch ab und zu mal selbst zu versorgen (inkl. Holzkohlegrill). Ich kann mich den anderen Rezensionen nur anschließen, mit Ausnahme der beschriebenen Minuspunkte: Es gibt sehr wohl zwei Klimaanlagen, allerdings kann die eine im Wohnraum nur direkt bedient werden, da die Fernbedienung offensichtlich nicht mehr funktioniert. Wenn es überhaupt einen winzig kleinen Minuspunkt gibt dann den, dass die Eingangstür keinen Riegel hat und man nur mit Schlüssel auf und zu machen kann. Aber dass ist jetzt wirklich klagen auf hohem Niveau. Brennholz haben wir auf dem Grundstück auch in ausreichender Menge gesehen, aber bei 35 Grad Außentemperatur nicht benötigt. Prima sind die verschiedenen Sitzbereiche im Außenbereich für jeden Anlass. Auch die Abwicklung mit Nordvillas war hervorragend. Handtücher wurden getauscht und auch das Personal, inkl. dem Gärtner war sehr freundlich. Man benötigt auf jeden Fall einen Mietwagen oder ein Fahrrad, denn bis zum Meer oder zum nächsten Restaurant sind es ca. 5 km, für die man mit dem Auto 10-15 min. benötigt, da es sehr kleine Straßen sind. Ich kann jedem, der im Urlaub ein bisschen Ruhe in einer schönen Umgebung genießen möchte, diese Finca sehr empfehlen. Sehr zu empfehlen auch für Familien mit kleinen Kindern, die auf dem Grundstück immer was zu entdecken hatten (inkl. kleinen Fröschen im Teich)

Schöne Finca aber..

Eine Information im Text das man Dinge wie Putzmittel zum spülen, Putzlappen, Salz, Pfeffer und Klopapier selbst mitbringen oder vor Ort kaufen sollte, da nicht vorhanden wäre nett gewesen . Einmal feucht durchwischen in der finca hätte auch nicht geschadet.. In der Beschreibung war ein gemauerter Grill beschrieben, ein rostiger standgrill war die Realität. Ansonsten war alles super und die Location, Vorallem der Garten und die Außenanlagen sowie die Abgeschiedenheit waren sehr sehr schön. :)

Die schönste Finca

Die Finca ist ein Traum. Wir lieben die Lage, ruhig und dennoch gut angebunden in Richtung Alcudia und Pollensa. Die Finca ist liebevoll eingerichtet, verströmt Gemütlichkeit und bietet alle Möglichkeiten: Sonnenplätze, Schattenbereiche und gemütliche Sitzecken und das im Grünen mit Wasserfall und viel Natur drum herum. Sowohl die Besitzer als auch die Mitarbeiter der Agentur betreuen einen liebevoll und sind immer für einen da. Ein wunderschönes Plätzchen, das man nur ungern verlässt. Schön wäre es, wenn es wieder Holz für den Kamin gebe, für die kühlen Abende im Frühling.
