Welcome to this fantastic house in the town of Caimari, where 8 people find their second home at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range.
All the corners of this property, either inside or outside, emanate a great and special character and charm thanks to the rustic style of the natural stone and the pure beauty of the mountain right in the plot as you can see in the terrace, where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast or a good barbecue when the sun sets. You will also find 4 sun loungers available in case you want to spend the day basking in the sun while admiring the mountain views.

When you enter, you find a beautiful and spacious living room with AC where you can chat all together, rest or watch the satellite TV. Behind a beautiful door you access the dining kitchen which is equipped with a ceramic hob and all the needed utensils to cook, as well as a great table with chairs to enjoy your meals all together, AC and direct access to the terrace. Right here you will find the washing machine, iron and ironing board. A shower bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed -with fan, wardrobe and a radiator-, complete the main floor. On the first floor, apart from a second little sitting room and a bathroom with a tub, you will find the other three bedrooms, all of them with a double bed, a closet and AC. In case you are travelling with your baby, we can prepare a cot and a high chair.

Caimari highlights thanks to its charm, peace and romanticism due to its location at the foot of the mountains. Views are nice and beautiful and invite to take long walks around to know the essence and nature of Mallorca. It is ideal for those who look for family places where everybody knows everybody and where you only can enjoy a coffee or dinner in the bar at the town centre and acquire some goods in the small grocery shop. However, just 5 to 10 minutes away by car you reach Inca, with all services. If you feel like going to the beach, Puerto de Alcúdia is only 26.7 km away, offering amazing white sand and crystalline water. You can also stay in the mountain range and visit the incomparable coves of Cala Tuent or sa Calobra.

Maison ancienne magnifiquement restaurée, très bien équipée et décorée avec une vue superbe, idéalement située à moins d'une heure de tous les points de visite de Majorque mais sans l'affluence touristique. Au pied de la Sierra tramuntana, idéal pour randonner et profiter de la nature de cette superbe île. Les chambres sont spacieuses, la maison est lumineuse, dotée de deux terrasses pour varier les plaisirs,petit déjeuner en hauteur et dîner barbecue! Une semaine de bonheur,avec un propriétaire très accueillant et une agence réactive dans l'heure chaque jour de la semaine pour la moindre question.

Wir haben mit einer großen Gruppe insgesamt 10 Tage in Caimari verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig in einer Seitenstraße gelegen und im Ort finden sich fußläufig ein kleiner Supermarkt und ein Biomarkt für alle nötigen Dinge. Der nächste größere Supermarkt ist in Inca ca. 15 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Das ganze Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und in einem sehr guten, neuwertigen Zustand. Die Küche ließ auch für mehrere Personen keine Wünsche offen. Die Kommunikation mit Homerti war sehr gut und ohne lange Wartezeiten. Der sehr nette Besitzer konnte uns sogar eine Stunde früher als vereinbart in Empfang nehmen und hat uns alle wichtigen Dinge im Haus erklärt. Hinweis: Eine Translator-App hilft, wenn man mit seinen Spanisch-Kenntnissen nicht weiter kommt ;) Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

je komt terecht in een prachtig gelegen, ruim en met oog voor detail verzorgd huis, in een rustig dorpje. Elke ruimte is uniek en heeft een eigen karakter, de bedden zijn super, de keuken gerieflijk, het huis is door zijn zware stenen structuur goed gewapend tegen de zomerwarmte (maar in de winter niet zo gemakkelijk op te warmen). De gastheer is heel vriendelijk maar spreekt enkel Spaans, alles verliep ook heel correct. We hebben een geweldige vakantie gehad!

Wir hatten zu Acht eine tolle Woche in dem wunderschönen Haus! Frühstück in der Sonne auf der Terrasse mit toller Aussicht auf die Berge, abends im Wohnzimmer vorm Kamin chillen. So lässt sich der Februar doch aushalten!! Der Besitzer spricht zwar nur spanisch, wir konnten uns mit Händen, Füßen und Handy dennoch gut verständigen. Gewürze und Öl sind nicht vorhanden. Auch kein großer Topf. Und den Müll muss man trennen und zu einem bestimmten Sammelpunkt bringen. Ansonsten ist alles da, was man braucht. Und wir würden definitiv wiederkommen...

The hosts were fantastic - so kind and welcoming and keen to make sure we had a relaxing stay. We would all really recommend this house for a holiday. It was spacious, cool, really clean and with plenty of outdoor space to sit in the sun. Die Abwicklung von Homerti ist professionell. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett. Er spricht zwar nur spanisch, hatte aber die wichtigsten Punkte auf deutsch vorbereitet. Das Haus ist sehr sauber angenehm. Wir konnten hier sehr schöne Urlaubstage verbringen.
