Beautiful Finca Perello with Mountain view

The 200m² holiday home Finca Perello is situated outside of Felantix, in a rural area in the southeast of Mallorca and surrounded by nature and quiet. The holiday home has a living room with a fireplace for cosy evenings, a well-aequipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 6 bedrooms (five of them with each 2 single beds), as well as 5 bathrooms and offers space for 12 people. Due to its unique location the finca offers a perfect place to relax and enjoy. The home also includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a TV with satellite connection and DVD player, a CD player, a washing machine and on request even a baby cot and a highchair for children. The private outdoor area boasts a wonderful garden with a pool and a natural environment to fall in love with. Through the stone grill, which is also available, you can conjure up delicious barbecue dishes and eat them on the spacious open and covered terrace with seating furniture. But also the balcony is a great place to enjoy the country air and the mountain views. After about an 8-minute drive (7.5 km) you will reach the next supermarket and after a mere 4-minute drive (3.5 km) you will reach the next restaurant. Also some great beaches are within easy reach. The beach "Arenal dets Asses" lies about an 11-15-minute drive (8-10 km) from the home and invites you to swim in the glistening blue water of the bay. The great surroundings are also perfect for wonderful walks.

Der Aufenthalt in der Finca war unfassbar schön! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter als auch dem Besitzer lief total reibungslos und harmonisch. Die Finca bietet für einen Urlaub alles, was man braucht. Die Lage ist perfekt, man ist durch das elektronische Hoftor geschützt, der Pool war total toll und vor allem sauber. Alle zwei Tage kam der Besitzer und hat den Müll mitgenommen, was für uns keine Selbstverständlichkeit war. Auch die Ausstattung im Haus als auch in den Zimmern war mehr als ausreichend. Wir wurden sogar mit gekühltem San Miguel und Wasser im Kühlschrank begrüßt.Wir werden uns die Finca auf jeden Fall merken :)
