You have access to the 10 sqm, covered balcony with garden furniture, 1 table and 5 chairs. 2 bedrooms each 12 sqm and with 1 double bed. Cooking nook in the living room with TV, dishwasher, electric cooker (4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), coffee machine, electric water boiler and washing machine. You have access to the balcony. Bathroom 6 sqm and with bathtub, 1 washbasin, WC and window. Bathroom 5 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.

Porat, district of Malinska. The holiday flat is located on a 400 sqm open garden plot with lawn, flowers and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. The 5-star apartment is situated in a family house in Porat, just a few steps from the sea, harbour and restaurants, with a pebble beach very close by. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.
