The apartment, which is completely renovated in 2017/18 with great attention to detail, offers you everything your heart desires. Whether a breakfast or sunbathing on the non -visible roof terrace in summer or the right cooling on the small in -house bathing beach. For water sports enthusiasts there is a separate slip system for sailing boats and a jetty that invites you to canoeing. In order to be able to enjoy the calm on the lake or on one of the sun loungers of the spacious green areas, it should be mentioned that no water sports vehicles with an internal combustion engine may be operated on the lake.
