It’s a resort like property that has everything for families. It is clearly a place that families with young children favour and we could see why. The hotel is beautiful and pretty large. The included breakfast had everything you could wish for and more. The hotel is a about a 1.5 km walk to the city but there is a shuttle you can take during the day. The city nearby, Malcesine is a wonderful vibrant city with tons of little shops. Lake Garda is breath taking and the views from the hotel was incredible.

Short break at Hotel Majestic Palace

The Hotel Majestic is just up the hill from Malcesine and it’s about a 15 minute walk down which we did. We also got the hotel minibus down for €1 and the tourist bus back for €1.20. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was great, pretty much everything you could ask for. The dinner for €20 per person was good value as it included beer and wine with your dinner. We ate in 2 nights and went into town twice on our 4 night stay. There are plenty of sunbeds and tables and chairs around the pool. All in all we had a great short break here.

Fabulous hotel!

As a wedding party of 8 our stay at this hotel was absolutely fabulous. It is situated in a stunning setting overlooking the mountains in a quiet location just a short distance from the town centre. All of the staff are super friendly, very welcoming and highly professional.... always with a smile on their faces and a great sense of humour. The surrounding gardens are very pretty, well maintained with a choice of pools to cool off in. The restaurant although very busy provided an excellent choice of food which was always hot, plentiful and delicious. We will certainly be returning in the near future.

Great hotel

Great hotel, lovely facility and a lovely atmosphere. Rooms are clean and spacious, the only issue is it is a 15 minute walk to the centre of Malcesine, there are shuttle buses available but at a additional cost. Breakfast was lovely.

Nice Hotel

We were only here for one night but it would be perfect for couples and Small families for up to a week. They really have everything you need. The food was great value for money but the breakfast was a little disappointing. I would definitely stay again.

Clean hotel

We were touring and this was the only hotel to charge for wifi and then it was poor, by time not data. Large room (Junior Suite, Garden Area ) but poor view and glass shower cubicle in bedroom, we didn't mind but the kids weren't impressed by lack of privacy. Breakfast ok but coffee from a self service machine.

Very much a package holiday family hotel

We picked this hotel as the reviews were excellent and we wanted somewhere with a pool for a week, to explore Lake Garda. We didn't realise quite how much of a package holiday/family orientated hotel this was. Loads of kids running round so quite noisy and very much geared up for the package holiday. We had a garden suite which was newly refurbished, very spacious, extremely clean and relatively quiet (no-one above or below). It suited us well. It was expensive, but it was a suite and we were paying for all the 'entertainment' facilities available. The one thing we were not impressed with were the extras that are usually included with a hotel room - you had to pay for wi-fi, safe (very small), shuttle bus, pool towels. We travel a lot and have never had to pay for those extras. They are always included. Breakfast was a good choice, but again very noisy with kids running round in a very large space to cater for a huge number of people. Reception staff were lovely, helpful and friendly always. Location was great - a bit out of the centre so a 15-20 minute walk, but that suited us fine. Great restaurant over the road, and fab pizza place slightly down the hill towards town on the left.
