This unique property is located in the old fishing district of Malaga, on the Pedregalejo beach. The picturesque neighborhood, hidden from the hustle and bustle of the historic center, is one of the most exclusive and sought-after areas of the city with its picturesque promenade full of traditional fish restaurants and trendy cafés.



This beautiful home consists of four bedrooms and two bathrooms, ideal for a family vacation or a city break with friends and is on a quaint side street, steps from the beach and its six U-shaped coves.



The mix of traditional Andalusian architecture, colorful tiles, and modern Scandinavian furniture gives this property a unique atmosphere.



The bright living and dining rooms with a fireplace leads to the American-style kitchen and a traditional Andalusian interior patio where you can fully enjoy dinner outdoors or read a book in the shade.

... close to the seafront, to the supermarket and all the nice restaurants and bars at the beach. With the bus just a couple of minutes to see Malaga. The house has a big livingroom/kitchen so that you can stay there with up to 8 people. Nice terasse on top incl. barbecue facilities.

The house was perfect for our trip. Spacious, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. It’s tastefully furnished, has very comfortable beds and a lovely roof terrace. The location was perfect too, a few metres from lovely quiet beaches and choice of restaurants. There’s a well stocked supermarket nearby. The centre of Malaga was a pleasant 50 minute walk or 20 minute bus ride away. Highly recommend.

We loved the house. We are a group of 8 friends and the house fits our needs perfectly. It is very well located, clean and with everything we needed to feel at home. The spaces are wide. The ground floor was perfect for our needs. The kitchen is well equipped and the big table to eat and have a good after-dinner talk is simply perfect. The bad smell of the bathrooms could be improved, but it didn't bother us either.

Location was ideal close to beach and eating places. If we didn't want to eat out great barbecue and roof top terrace. Large Supermarket just mins walk away. When it was too hot the rooms all had air conditioning. Ideal accomodation for family getaway. Missed a few of our home comforts ie microwave, vacuum cleaner but we did fine without them.

The property is good for accommodating a large group but really lacks character or charm. We have stayed in two other properties during our time in Spain for which we paid the same amount, and these properties exceeded our expectations. This one was a disappointment. Cool comfortable accommodation with a spacious rooftop terrace. Gas barbecue and washing machine. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Good shower pressure. WiFi variable but okay. Bars, restaurants and supermarket close by and the beach virtually on the doorstep. Problem with a key was sorted the same day. Office staff at Solaga helpful and responded quickly to queries. The management company was very responsive and easy to work with. The rental was as advertised and quite convenient to shopping, beach, town, public transport. It was spacious and had everything we needed. There were a couple of minor issues - one of the lightbulbs in the main area was burned out. The batteries in one of the AC remotes were dead. But the biggest issue was that there was a pretty strong smell of urine from the upstairs bathroom. There was a diffuser in the bathroom that may have made the smell worse - but the odor was not great and it rendered the bathroom basically unusable because it was so unpleasant.

The house is very spacious and bright, was comfortable for 2 families with kids, the whole property is air conditioned which was a big plus for us in July’s heat. Beautifully decorated and very well equipped. Location is awesome! Few steps from the beach with all the restaurants and cafès, few min walking distance to a grocery store which is very convenient . Really nice property! Communication with the property management company was a little confusing prior to arrival as i wasn’t sure if I should communicate with them through VRBO or through their managements company’s portal but very clear instructions were provided on arrival and the staff were very responsive and easy to communicate with through WhatsApp. One fairly big issue( reason for the 4 stars not 5 ) is that there is a strong smell coming out of the upstairs bathroom . I would strongly advise to fix that. The bathroom is usable but not pleasantly. Plugging the sewage openings as advised by the management company helped but did not completely resolve the matter unfortunately. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay a lot and the experience was positive!

Ligging in een gezellig gedeelte van Malaga waar veel eet en drink gelegenheden zijn. Strand om de hoek met douches. De wasmachine was ideaal waar we veel gebruik van hebben gemaakt. Excellent location to visit Malaga

Excellent location near the beach. Very convenient to combine the beach and visit Malaga. The house was well equipped, only disadvantage is there is only 1 bathroom on the first floor. In practice all the 4 sleeping rooms share this bathroom. Contact with the organization was easy.

Mooi huis op een toplocatie

We verbleven hier met 4 volwassenen en 2 kinderen voor 5 nachten, het huis was ruim genoeg voor ieders vrijheid. Vier mooie slaapkamers met fijne bedden en overal airco. Ook waren de slaapkamers lekker donker doordat er overal rolluiken waren. Het feit dat er twee badkamers (waarvan eentje beneden) zijn is ook een plus. De locatie is top met het strand, met allerlei bars en restaurants, om de hoek. Het dakterras vonden we ook een grote plus, lekker groot met heerlijke plekken om te zitten.

A terrific apartment.

I live nearby in Malaga, and we had my mom, my sister, my nieces and nephew come visit from the States. Everyone loved the place. Spacious, clean, and great location. All said the beds were really comfortable. Pedregalejo is a real gem of a beach neighborhood. 15-20 mins from the Centre by busbicycle. You can walk to everything...the SuperSol across the street, great restaurants in every direction, and the most amazing sunsets you will ever see. The management staff are very friendly and accommodating. The check-in process was very easy and efficient. We will definitely have our friends and family stay here again when they come visit.
