To be honest: If you are arrive and see the hotel and where it is placed: You might be thinking you made a mistake. BUT: If you are there for an business trip in the region (La rozas) or haven't found a hotel in the city center AND you have a rental car, you can do it. It looks much better inside then you will expect from outside. The staff is very friendly and, what a surprise: It is quite, way quieter than the hotels on the motorway in La Rozas. On a saturday it was exact 15min with the car to the city center. If you get a good deal and have no problem to stay in the middle of nowhere and want to sleep without noises around, that could be your place to stay.
Stayed here for nearly 9 weeks can't complain staff very friendly, rooms very clean, my only complaint is the Internet other than that give it a go 20min walk into centre, very close to shopping malls with food court and couple of bars, big thank you to Jamie Valia Gema bar staff for making us so welcome and Manuel from reception hope to see you again soon 👍
Staff at the reception were very nice and friendly, which was not the case for the bar restaurant. Price of the rooms are expensive and 10 Euros per night for parking is pricey too. I ordered a meal at the restaurant one evening steak and grill tomatoes I got steak and fries and when I asked for the tomatoes they brought one to me later which was very cold!
This is the second time that i come in this hotel, the first was in July. Beautiful hotel and the staff is very kind. Brakfast is good. I've have eat in reasurant and was good. very large bedroom and bathroom, all spotlessly clean and warm.
Four of us stayed in two rooms for four nights. My sons room smelled strongly of cleaning solvent to the point the windows had to be left open to air out the room. Rooms were basic and comfortable. There was no facial tissue so toilet paper had to be used. Bar of soap that was provided was one square inch. Continental breakfast was included in the price of our room, and was fine. The location lacked as it was in an industrial park mainly comprised of auto dealers. Closest shopping center was within walking distance about ½ mile away from the hotel. The hotel is not close to any public transportation so you will have to take a cab or rent a car. Our cab ride from the hotel the Barajas Airport cost 110 Euros. Will stay in Madrid next time.
arrived just before 10pm. staff very warm welcome and had a great junior suite. Brakfast extra but worth it. didnt have chance to eat in reasurant as working late. room as a suite good seating area very large bedroom and bathroom, all spotlessly clean and warm. so impressed already booked return visit in three weeks.
Stayed here on 24th July 2014. Not great, bit dated front desk area, no restaurant menu in the evening. poor location beside a petrol station forecourt in an industrial estate. No iron in the hotel, annoying if you are on business. Bar closes at 11pm and we were hurried out. Not one English channel on the TV in the room. I only stayed here because it was the closes to my meeting but I will try somewhere else next time.
Situated in an industrial zone this hotel is ideally situated for business people looking for a good, clean hotel at an affordable budget conscious price. The entrance, lobby and downstairs dining room are all nicely laid out. Nothing exotic but nice nonetheless. Access to the floor where the bed rooms are requires an electronic door key so security of guests is taken seriously Small touches, such as a shoe cleaner by the lift are all welcome additons Breakfast was a reasonable buffet All in all OK
I stayed here for only one night (and thanks god for that) while on a business trip with meetings in the area. Hotel is like a highway motel, but looked to be ok for just an overnight stay. Room was very used and not completely clean. I checked in around 11pm and needed some water. The fridge in the room was empty and when taking to the guy in the reception he told me that I could just take the water from the fridge. When I expained it was empty he told me that at least it was for free, but if I needed water I could go to a nearby gas station and buy from there. My colleague got a room with 30 degrees C. When he complained that the aircon was not working he was told that it worked fine but they were not going to turn it on before May.... The only thing that was almost ok was the price of 80€ per night, but I have received much more value for less in other hotels. Very bad!
Like other reviewers, I would say there is nothing much wrong with the hotel - rooms clean & comfortable, modern. Breakfast was OK. Didn't try evening restaurant, but the menu looked pretty uninspiring if reasonably priced. However staying in a retail/industry park doesn't float the boat for me - it was just convenient for a very late night arrival and early morning start. If you have the choice I'd stay in the city (or if you're on the W side for business even go out as far as El Escorial)
