Here are highs and lows; great location, good service (mainly digital and responsive), remodeled, very clean, quite. For the low sides: very small, not enough closets, no room to open the luggages, no paper tissue in the room. You will enjoy the place if you are a light traveler.

Congested area. Many stores and a supermarket close by. And yet, my street side room was quiet when shuttered and no problem sleeping. Very close to Gran Vía and public transportation. Easy walk to museums. The staff was very helpful.

ZERO communication with staff.Tried several times over to call no answer .Nobody at the office door was locked.We were in a very stressful and dangerous position in the hotel .NO one to seek help from.Gave up trying after several phone call attempt's.Left location to find safe accommodation that had staff working.Received call from manager appr 4hours later.Explained situation what we endured.NOT SAFE to be there.Went back to talk with the manager a few days later once again NO answer at the door.The company has total disregard for ones safety.Photos of possible aftermath from the previous day experience that we endured.Long story short .Ad they post on line are far from what they truly are!!'.Hostel at very best

The room was great all around, clean and very comfortable. The location is great, near the Gran Vía. At night time it’s a bit noise because there is a Tapas restaurant next door with people having fun until 4am. I didn’t mind but for some people might be bothersome. I would definitely recommend the Hotel and I would love to come back.

Super clean and very helpful staff. Plan on not spending much time in the rooms. Super small rooms but clean. Make sure you know where the light is in the hallway downstairs on the right when coming in after dark. The area is pretty dark if you do not click that light. Overall enjoyed the stay.

The room #1 is very comfortable and big enough for one person. The bed was extremely comfortable as well. The staff is very helpful. Challenging to find the entrance, but is there. You must pay attention to your messages, so you can take advantage of the checking process. I will definitely stay there again.

Okay but not perfect

Our stay was okay. The access was not easy and even if they communicated with me before my arrival, it was not easy to locate and to know where to ring. In the room, there was only the necessary but not enough commodity. There was no ice machine in the hotel. No spoons to stir our coffee. The room was small and there was not a lot of space to put our luggage. The second day, our card and our security code stopped working so we were stuck outside the hotel. There is not always someone inside at the desk, but they can be joined by Whatsapp. The room was clean, it was renovated. The AC worked well and the staff was polite and nice to us. They offered to keep our luggage before our check in and after our check out.
