It has 3 bedrooms, two with double bed and one with a single bed. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people.

Please note that renovation works will be carried out in the building where the accommodation is located from January 12, 2026 until the end of May 2026. During this period, some noise or minor disturbances may occur.

- It is a first-floor apartment without an elevator and is accessed by a spiral staircase, which may be somewhat difficult to climb.

- There is both air conditioning and heating. Heating should not be set above 22°C, which we believe is the ideal temperature for a comfortable stay.

- The apartment has a kitchenette, so the kitchen and living room share the same space.

- Please note that the hot water tank has a limited capacity.

- Bedroom with a single bed (90 cm)

The apartment has a total area of 45 m².
The accommodation is equipped with a decibel detector.

Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.

The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are allowed with a 50€ cost per stay as long as they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds and sofa out of respect for the following guests. Extra pet after check in 150€/stay

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.

Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.

We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.

Walking through the residential areas with swimming pools in swimwear or without clothing is strictly forbidden. Appropriate attire is required at all times.
