My boyfriend and I stayed 22nd - 26th September for a late birthday trip; the apartments are in an easy-to-find location with great Metro links (Diego de Leon is the closest with 3 lines running). The rooms are spacious, clean and the beds are huge. What made our stay great was the receptionist, Nachete (please forgive if that isn't correct). He was so helpful and gave us loads of information! Definitely made the stay easier and more comfortable. Definitely would stay again and recommend for couples, or friends after an affordable stay in a great city!
For this price is more than excellent...the room is clean and tidy, the hotel is located in the hart of Madrid, in a nice zone. Me and my girlfriend we enjoy each moment here.I recomand it to everybody , just simply book it and have a nice time here
I have stayed in many Aparthotels around the world and found them great value for money, this one was different as to say it didn't have any plates, cutlery, glasses or cooking pots. All the others had these as the place is meant to be an apartment where you self cater. The room was clean and tidy and couldn't fault it at all air conditioning, and very comfortable beds. The staff on reception were very helpful and directed me to a great tapas bar and super markets etc. The area was a little round the back of the main streets but was ok, the street was a little noisey but soon quietened down once the sun set. Very good value for money, would stay there again.
Given that most people visit Madrid to see the city and not the hotel, it's arguable that the hotel is possibly of less importance to them. Yes, we all want perfection in the fixtures and fittings in our rooms, but to those who have travelled a good amount and stayed in all kinds of accommodation, I'm pretty sure that those who stay at budget accommodation will be aware that a budget hotel's value for money equation is a different one to that expected from a luxurious 5-star hotel and grade accordingly. With that in mind I'm more than happy to give the Aparthotel Quo Eraso 5 stars. But why? Well, yes the rooms might appear a little tired, but despite that, mine (306) was roomy enough, was well appointed and had everything we needed for a four night stay. It was spotlessly clean, the beds were comfy, the air conditioning and WIFi worked very well, the shower and bath had plenty of hot water, the kitchen facility was adequate enough for our needs and the location was wonderfully quiet and safe. It was also very close to a metro station with quick links to the city centre and airport and the reception staff were more than helpful - and happy to help. What more could we have wanted? We wanted nothing more, but got more than we'd expected. This Aparthotel offers great value for money, we would definitely come back here next time we are in Madrid.
When a guest hires a hotel is it at risk. Hotel there is no risk, since he has in his hands their credit card information to guarantee any damage that may be caused by the host, or any other inconvenience. In my case, $ 400 disappeared from inside a backpack. I informed the hotel staff what happened and they doubted my word all the time and, in consequence did not solve the problem, saying that I should do what it wished. I'm 53, I'm a lawyer and entrepreneur, my stay at this hotel took place during a 60-day trip through England, France, Italy, Greece and Spain. I never had any complaint against my person in any hotel, car rentals, travel company flights, etc. I travel several times a year abroad and have unblemished reputation. I consider unacceptable the attitude of the hotel.
It's a basic hotel, there's a small kitchenette in the room, so you can kind of self cater (no microwave though, just a fridge, sink and a kettle plus essential dishware and cutlery) - there are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. I was booking quite late and this was the only one left for a reasonable price in that area. It's 5 mins walk to a metro station. It's in a side road, so noise was not a problem.
Easy distant to Madrid centre. Good size room. We where given soming room on arrival though we have requested non smoking but we where given other room enstantly. Much better top floor with window to the street. The street is quiet so we could leave won't open for all night did not need to use ac. All cooking items and no deposited. Friendly staff but pit fiery Latin temper. Super market rounde the corner and metro. There is not parking area so that is a problem. But I would stay here again.
The rooms are big and were quite clean as we arrived and thorough our entire stay. Nothing out of the ordinary but we had a really really pleasant stay. The staff were extremely nice and helpful from the moment we arrived until we had to check out and then come back for our left luggage. Well located, The hotel itself its really close to a metro station which was really a plus. Would definitely go back.
We stayed here for a week and really enjoyed this little hotel; it's clean, kitchenette has everything you need, spacious bathroom and a little sitting area. Good aircon, a little too good before we figured it out. :-) Beds are a bit too hard but ok. Little old or tired in places, such as broken toweles. Good value little hotel in a great neighborhood with lots of local bars and restaurants. Two metro stations are 5min walk, Diego de Leon and Manuel bercera I think, if you go to the latter don't miss a stroll in Eva peron park.
It was my first time in Madrid, but I and my family were surprised for a fantastic hotel. Very good accommodation. Near of metro station. The staff are extremely friendly!!! I really recommend you to stay here!!!
