Tivemos uma experiência mista nesta hospedagem. Chegamos por volta das 08h30, sabendo que o check-in oficial era a partir das 14h00. Fomos apenas verificar se, por acaso, o quarto já estaria disponível. Para nossa surpresa, a recepcionista informou que o quarto já estava pronto, porém exigiu o pagamento de 15 euros para entrada antecipada, alegando que isso estava “informado na reserva” — o que não era verdade. Ao questionarmos educadamente, a resposta foi extremamente grosseira e constrangedora: “se tens dinheiro paga e entra, se não tens dinheiro aguarda até as 14:00.” Esse tipo de abordagem é totalmente inaceitável em qualquer padrão de hotelaria. Não se trata da cobrança em si, mas da forma desrespeitosa como fomos tratados. Por outro lado, é justo destacar que os demais funcionários foram cordiais e educados durante a estadia, o que amenizou parcialmente a experiência. Ainda assim, fica o alerta: a recepção, que deveria ser o primeiro contato positivo com o hóspede, acabou sendo o ponto mais negativo da nossa estadia.

Habitaciones pequeñas pero cama cómoda, forma de acceso facil, cercania al aeropuerto. El desayuno variado y bueno, lo único que nos hizo pasar un poco amargo el rato fue una persona encargada del area del desayuno que nos hablo con rudeza por no agarrar una bandeja y dejarla en un lugar especifico como si todos supieran la forma en que funciona su sistema (atienden viajeros de todas partes) ademas iba con mis padres quienes se sintieron mal. Tienen que aprender a tratar bien a las personas. No asi las personas de recepción que fueron muy amables.
