Ubicación excelente, cerca de todo y al mismo tiempo el hotel está en una plaza tranquila con parada de taxis justo enfrente. El personal de recepción estuvo bien; pero nada fuera de lo común;mis hijas tuvieron que cambiar de habitación porque la cerradura estaba estropeada, y Daniel atendió la solicitud de inmediato. Desayuno muy bueno, con mucha variedad, y un personal del restaurante muy atento y educado. El servicio de limpieza de la habitación podría mejorar, ya que está por debajo de lo esperado para un hotel de 4 estrellas. Me alojaría aquí nuevamente.

The staff were very helpful and kind. Delicious food. Excellent location. Bfast buffet charge was confusing. We only wanted coffee. They adjusted the charge. If you like bfast the buffet looked amazing.

The hotel is decent with clean room, good service and breakfast buffet. The garage is a bit tight. The staff is willing to help pull the car out before we left the next day. It's very close to the old town and walking distance to many historic sites.
