Amazing location and set up and on the Gran Via!! We were greeted warmly right from the beginning. Everything was explained clearly and efficiently. They have a parking garage they work with right under the hotel. Entrance is kn the ode street right before the main entrance and has an elevator directly to the lobby. We stayed in a 2 bedroom city view with terrace. Everything was perfect for a quick 2 night 3 day visit. Our room terrace was beautiful with loungers and a beautiful view of the side street but also Callao and the Gran via. One downside was the shutters for one of the rooms wouldn’t go up so we couldn’t access the terrace from one of the rooms but it wasn’t a problem. The living area and kitchen were spacious for my 10 month old to roam freely (supervised of course) and a baby crib was provided (per request! Which was very helpful. We also checked out the rooftop terrace which has 360 views and a pool (not in season). It was gorgeous up there! Overall we loved our stay and will definitely be going back!

Staff were very helpful. Be aware that to avoid cleaning charges you need to clean the apartment yourself and also take out garbage. The apartment was clean but not spotless when we arrived and the bathroom shower gel and shampoo containers had not been refilled. Would be nice if they had operating instructions for the appliances in the apartment as we had some difficulty working them out. Main advantage of this place is that it is really central to the main attractions in the center of Madrid. Very easy to walk everywhere. Would therefore stay here again.
